Nice Property with Amazing Views

My wife and I spent 4 days in Flamingo Beach. The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It would easily host another couple or children. We would definitely book again!

Great stay

Place was as advertised. Close to the beach, awesome views, nice pool and well kept property. Our only issue was with the directions provided on finding the place-tricky to find the entrance as no visible sign until you turn down the steep driveway and then there is a small sign letting you know you are the right place.

Gorgeous Sunsets and tranquil mornings.

This unit is well appointed with upscale decor accents, comfortable beds, etc. but the deck and the view to the Flamingo bay are the stars of the unit. We'll be back.

AWESOME!

Everything about the property was as described and was excellent. The view, the furnishings, the property manager and the security were all excellent. Very easy to deal with and very responsive. On top of it all, we believe it was on the nicest beach in the area (and we visited at least 6 others). If i could give you a 6 out of 5, i would.

Great location and nice unit

Nice furnishings, great views, poor problem resolution. Bbq broken and needs repair, dryer took a long time to dry, no cable tv (or no instructions on how to use), lots of dishes and kitchen stuff. Water in master was a trickle. Great ac. Neighbors smoked on deck in 806. Nice security crew at entrance. Not recommended for a golf cart as very steep exit. Pool is nice but chilly. Hopefully, the owner replaces the bbq grill so you can grill.

Spacious Condo with Beautiful Ocean Views of Playa Flamingo

This unit has a lot of plusses, especially the location, the view, washer, dryer, and separate and adjustable air conditioning in each room. The place was attractively decorated and clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is near many restaurants and a grocery store, and a short drive from several beautiful beaches. The condominium buildings are up a very steep hill from the Margaritaville resort in Playa Flamingo and walkable if you are very fit. It is well outfitted for 4 guests, and has lovely views from the balcony. Two negatives: The Wi-Fi was spotty and not suitable if one is trying to work from the unit. Although the listing mentions a microwave, there wasn’t one at the time we stayed there. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the unit despite the negatives mentioned above.

The view from the condo was great. Beyond that, there was a lot to be considered. The furniture and bedding were very uncomfortable, the WIFI was very spotty, the TVs were not configured for best use and of course there is “the hill”. The living room furniture was hard and not at all comfortable and the master bed has a sag in the middle. I complained about the WIFI and offered that there were multiple devices (2 routers and an extender) that could be the problem. With that many devices there is bound to be signal bleed. I sent my concern to the onsite manager early on who said they would contact the local team who never got back to me with a response at any time during our stay. The 2 TVs in the bedrooms had local program access, while the living room TV did not. Local program access would have been nice to practice Spanish translation, but it was not to be. And then there is “the hill”. The condo building sats on a hill that is about a 70º quarter-mile uphill hike to get back from the beach. As an older but very fit couple, we were sucking wind by the time we got up the hill to the condo. We rented a golf cart that made the hill manageable, but we did have to traverse the hill on foot at least 4 times. Just be aware.

Very nice, clean condo with a beautiful view of Flamingo Beach. Within walking distance and a golf cart drive to several restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

Modern, great location, and views

Lovely apartment, very modern, spotless clean, and very well stocked. Short five minutes walk to the beach and five minutes drive to Coco Loco restaurant. If you have a car, I suggest buying your groceries at Merkdo.

Almost didn't want to leave this for fear it would get booked 24/7!

My husband, son and I had the pleasure of staying in Oceanica 804 for five days. My son actually cried when we had to leave half-way through our trip to Costa Rica as we had already booked another location to get more of the full experience of Costa Rica. If we had known how awesome this property was with its view of the sunsets, excellent amenities, helpful staff, awesome deck with the BBQ, perfect pool, nice neighbors, easy walk to the glorious Flamingo Beach, super clean and perfect size for the three of us, then we would have stayed here the entire trip! Best Vacasa experience to date! We hope to come back several times.

Perfect location

Perfect location for walking to the beach. Margaritaville hotel also located close by if there was an interest in purchasing day passes for a larger pool/restaurant. Unit was a great size for a family of 4 and was clean and secure when we arrived. Could use some updating on furtniture/bedding. Also had hot water issues in the master shower. But overall great place and we would go back. Our most favorite place to watch the sunset. We hired Kattya the private chef and she made us dinner while we sat and relaxed on patio….perfection!

Amazing Sunsets!

Our 4-day stay at this beautiful property gave us ample time to explore the Playa Flamingo area. The beach is spectacular. Each morning we spent about an hour walking on the beach end-to-end starting at around 630am. The beach is white sand and nearly level and a very comfortable walk or jog. The walk down to the beach is easy. On the return trip back up from the beach road, the last 150 meters uphill to the condos will get your heart rate going. However, there are nice concrete steps which are wide and safe and have a sturdy pipe handrail against which you may want to lean to catch your breath! The condo offers amazing views all day every day but make sure you are out on the balcony (or on the beach) around 5pm because the sunset views are ‘simply the best’. The condo is well outfitted and very comfortable. There is a small grocery store nearby, Massai Automart, 0.4km, 5 min. We were repeat customers at several walkable restaurants nearby including: Coco Loco which is on the beach, 1km from condo via the beach or beach road; and also Marie’s, 0.5km, 6 min.

Perfect Location with Amazing Views

The location is perfect. We left the doors open all night and slept to the sounds of the waves. Morning walks on the beach. Sunsets from the balconies. This is a place we will for sure come back and stay on our next visit to Flamingo. Gustavo was amazing as well. He set up a Jet Ski tour for us that picked us up right from the beach.
