Bright living room with a couch that converts into a pull out bed. Covered carport for your vehicle and a patio to enjoy an evening glass of wine.

The neighborhood was great, and location to the marina & restaurants perfect. The house needs more attention to details and upkeep. Lots of quirks, such as using the showers and instantaneous water heaters were very frustrating. We have instantaneous WH's at home so we are knowledgeable of them.. but these were scalding hot & little water pressure. Additionally, we've stayed in many VRBOs and they all provide towel sets and beach towels. We had to purchase towels to use for bathing! No hand soap, detergent or hand towels. These things, along with better showers would have made a huge difference. We left a day early.
