This property has a sun porch ,tall windows ,and 2 TV’s. This house is tucked up against the Hollywood hill ,and is very private. It’s has a new kitchen ,hardwood floors ,deep 72” claw foot tub will spoil you for sure! This house has big open spaces to gather ,and washer & dryer on the premises. This house has central air and heating. There is also a back area to step outside without leaving the house.
