8-15 min. drive to UCLA, Century City, Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills.

Each bedroom has:
-Queen bed (1300+ thread count sheets and down comforter with white cotton comforter cover, all washed for each guest).
-Large flat screen TV (with Time Warner Cable 70+ channel package and Smart DVD player giving you access to your Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc (login required).
-Walk in closet with plenty of storage.
-Large window (back room looks out onto the garden and the front bedroom looks through garden onto street).
-A dishwasher, full dishes and utensils for up to 8 people including wine glasses, placemats, steak knives, etc.
-Calphalon cook set, set of kitchen knives (Calphalon/Oneida/Cuisinart), cooking utensils, mixing bowls, dish towels, etc.
-Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, salt and pepper, olive oil, etc.
-Tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and French press.
-Full sized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, plenty of food storage cabinets.

-Rose garden in center (bloom varies) and fruit trees around the edges including lemon, orange, green apple, loquat, passion fruit, nectarine (front garden), and a 150 sq. ft. vegetable garden. Gardens are seasonal, so no guarantees, but if you can pick it you can have it (please take only what you eat).
Bathroom is spotless and has plenty of fresh towels and TP.
No smoking in the house, no pets, no parties, no kids under 8. Maximum 6 overnight guests. Maximum 15 people allowed on the property at any given time (not including owner/tenant). Quiet neighborhood, quiet hours are 10:30p-7a Sun-Thurs., 11:30p-9a Fri. & Sat.
