Nice house on a quiet block. A little airport noise but that’s to be expected when you’re so close to everything. Pool and backyard was a plus when you didn’t feel like going out. Having everything there to take to the beach was great! Great value and spacious for family and friends !! We would book again.

Very beautiful lanai and pool area. Very private. House had everything we needed. As we experienced some chilly weather they came by to check on the pool heater which was very nice. Airport noise was heard but it was not annoying. We had a wonderful stay.

This is a very lovely house in a great area! Close to beaches downtown and 5th ave. Pool was beautiful and warm and the bedrooms were spacious. My only complaint is the back bedroom shower. We noticed it had a pink tinge to the water and the shower head wasn’t super clean. Everything else about this house was amazing.

"We’re thrilled you enjoyed the beautiful pool, spacious bedrooms, and our convenient location near downtown and the beaches! We appreciate you bringing your concerns regarding the back shower to our attention. Following your stay, we had a water expert inspect the property; they confirmed the water is safe and that any slight tint is due to natural minerals occasionally found in local well water. We have also worked with our cleaning team to ensure the shower head is thoroughly scrubbed and refreshed. Thank you for your kind words about the rest of the home and for helping us ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests."

Awesome stay!

Wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood. The house suited our family perfectly. The kitchen had basic needs. Like many listings, the online pictures made the rental look bigger than it actually is but otherwise, we were very happy. The BBQ poolside was a bonus. Beaches & restaurants very close by.

Highly Recommend

The pelican nest is our favorite VRBO of all time. It is a perfect set up for our multi-family vacation. We return every year, sometimes twice a year. Jimmy and Chris are so accommodating, respectful and rock at communication! They are proactive and handle any issues in a timely manner. They go above and beyond which is why we keep coming back. Thank you!

Fantastic beautiful vacation home

Was one of the best home rentals ive ever experienced. The pool is perfect and the rooms have super comfy beds. The kitchen is stocked well with the equipment to make feasts of all kinds and grill allows you to bbq for your family. The screened in porch allows you to eat bug free :) ! Love this place if i can get a house like this Id treasure it forever. For now hope to keep finding rentals like this

Great stay

My husband and I along with our 4 kids stayed here at this lovely home in Naples. We had traveled here for a work conference for my husband. The house had plenty of beds and room. The pool was our favorite part and when it didn't seem like it was heating correctly, we contacted them and it was quickly fixed! It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a great fit for our family!
