The ‘AMANDE’ flat is fully air-conditioned and located on the ground floor of a private building in the Mazarin district, famous for its private mansions and close to the Cours Mirabeau, the Museum Granet, the Fontaine des Quatre Dauphins, the Centre d'Art Caumont, the church of Saint Jean de Malte and the shops and restaurants of the Rue d'Italie.
It is ideally located for exploring the city and the region.
It includes all the comforts of a modern flat: living-dining room with Smart TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.
A functional kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and cooking utensils.
The separate bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190) with built-in wardrobe and direct access to a private terrace with garden table and chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, vanity unit, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
