This brand new, refined residence is a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola and offers a gas fireplace and Sonos sound system in the living room, gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances, as well as a dining niche. Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the other is a dreamy retreat for kids with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and Playstation 5. There’s also a washer/dryer and underground parking for one vehicle.

Guests will enjoy scenic views from the furnished deck (with BBQ), and access to The Westin Riverfront’s world-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek is also available.

Amazing condo!

My husband, son and I loved our stay here! Everything in the condo is high end and beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for trips to Vail Village. The Westin amenities and pool were also fabulous.

Fantastic Westin location spot on River

It was clean, cozy and perfect. My girls enjoyed the bunk, and amenities. Great location on the river.

Great modern unit next to Westin

Clean, comfortable, modern unit with everything you need. Right next to the Westin Gondola with easy access to skiing and amenities. Heated garage spot is a plus. I would stay here again.

Super clean and convenient

We place a pretty high value on cleanliness, and this may have been the cleanest place we ever stayed with VRBO. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The location is great. The place is very quiet. Staff at East/West (management company) and the Westin were all super friendly and accommodating. There's not much else to say about this place other than 5-stars all around. Thank you (owners) for sharing your place with our family.

Great location & unit

We enjoyed our stay. Clean unit (appears brand new) and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a little trouble figuring out the HVAC and Sonos but resolved in a short time. The office staff was helpful. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great new condos!!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. The building is brand new with a very nice outdoor area with a fire pit and oversized hot tub. The property manager was excellent and so helpful. Parking is convenient, location is great, and we had plenty of space inside the condo. Bedrooms are really nice, and the fireplace in the living area was great to have. You can walk to the Westin if you need anything. If you don't want to take the gondola, the shuttle up to BC village is super easy. A perfect place for a weekend in the mountains!

Great Location, needs better management .

I traveled with my two daughters (3 years and 8 years old). We visit the Vail Valley 1 month in winter and 1 month in the summer each year . I had a 19 day stay at the Riverfront Lodge . Check-in is at 5pm and that is also the time the office closes . Make sure you arrive at 4:30pm to ask questions and get tour of the property. Our unit was very dusty, the balcony had thick cob webs and the table and chairs were covered in a layer of dirt , the bathroom floor had black soot all over , there were vanilla wafer cookies under the sofa from previous guest , and hair in the refrigerator. I had to buy cleaning supplies from the local grocery store and clean. Betsy at the front desk came up to take photos of the poor condition the apartment was left in. After 8 days I paid the cleaning crew the 200 to change the bed linens and clean apartment . They showed up for 45 minutes and did a horrible job cleaning . Make sure you buy your own cleaning supplies . The bathroom stopper in the second bedroom was broken , so I could not use the bath . Maintenance attempted to fix it twice , but could not fix it . The closets had 5 hangers in each closet . So make sure your buy additional hangers at the local Walmart . I think these multimillion dollar condos have potential with better management and a new cleaning crew. I believe these units are good for a short weekend stay.

While we offered a complimentary clean and worked closely with housekeeping during your stay, we're sorry the service did not meet your expectations. We’ve since reviewed protocols with our team to improve patio and pre-arrival inspections. Regarding the tub, our engineering team did identify and replace a broken part, and we followed up with instructions to ensure proper use. We regret the initial interaction did not reflect our service standards. We also keep extra hangers on hand and would have been happy to deliver more had we known. Your comments have been shared with our team, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve. We hope to welcome you back for a smoother stay in the future.

Just as advertised and great location

Property was centrally located which made our activities in Eagle, Beaver Creek and Vail easy to access. Everything we needed (including parking) was available and having access to Westin amenities was a big bonus.
