SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splashpad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Located on the shores of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is in the perfect spot to enjoy everything Destin has to offer. There are many on-site amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, and more. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, a splash pad, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. Plus, the Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour front desk.

SunDestin 1817 is a one-bedroom, one and half bath condo with a fantastic view. Upon entry, you’ll see the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and is bright and airy. There’s seating for four at the dining room table. The sofas in the living area are a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy- they’re included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony- it's the perfect place to enjoy sunsets and the coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and has a king-sized bed. Both bathrooms can be accessed from this room or the hall. There’s a sofa bed in the living room, so the condo sleeps four guests comfortably. This one-bedroom rental will easily become your favorite place to stay.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort you'll find multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Spend a day off the sand at Big Kahuna’s Waterpark or The Track Destin- they’re both less than a mile from the resort.
