CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Unit 1510 is a delightful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. You won’t want for anything in this spacious, fully-furnished unit. Everyone can enjoy their own area comfortably yet all be together in the open-concept living/dining space. Corral the family into the living room to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather for meals at the dining table. Prepare snacks and tropical drinks in the fully-appointed kitchen and sample them at the breakfast bar with seating for four. Catch a sunset on the private balcony, then settle in for the night on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the private master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom.

Delight in an afternoon at HarborWalk Marina just five minutes away. Spend the day filled with waterfront shopping, a boating or fishing excursion, live entertainment, and fresh cuisine and cocktails!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
