CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Check out the newly renovated outdoor pool and seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Address cardio and strength training needs in the fitness facility. Take a dip in the indoor pool (heated seasonally) and indulge in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Find mementos and keepsakes to commemorate your trip in the lobby gift shop and grab complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, SunDestin Beach Resort is ideal for large gatherings and functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 1209 is an invitingly bright and airy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Featuring a calm palette and distinctive decor, plush furnishings are scattered throughout enhancing the cozy atmosphere. You’ll find plenty of cabinet and counter space in the kitchen so the whole gang can help with meal prep. Spend lazy days on the beach or chill in the living room with a large flat-screen TV. Catch gorgeous sunsets from the private balcony or seated at the breakfast bar. Drink it all in as no seat is a bad one in this open concept living/dining unit. Sleeping options include the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, twin bunks nestled in the hall, or the king-sized bed in the master suite complete with a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.

Destin is your gateway to shopping, dining, fishing, golfing, and water activities, all located within minutes from the resort. Head to the Destin harbor and spend a day on the water in a fully equipped rental boat or indulge in an afternoon of shopping topped off with tropical drinks and a Florida sunset!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
