Prenotato (per la quarta volta) in occasione della gara Roc d'Azur. Appartamento in posizione perfetta per tale gara, vicino ci sono i servizi necessari e il bel centro turistico di Port Frejus e le spiagge. Posizione tranquilla. Unico neo la mancanza fi un parcheggio (il garage non è utilizzabile per le dimensioni molto ridotte) Rispetto al passato la pulizia è migliorata....

Appartement au calme, vue magnifique, appartement très spacieux, seul bémol la chaleur, manque une climatisation malgré les ventilateurs ! Un petit micro ondes serait le bienvenue.

Logement agreable mais mal équipé
Tres bien situé, garage précieux dans le secteur, résidence agréable et bien entretenue, chambre bien séparée du sejour et autres couchages. Dommage que certains equipements et installations soient peu solides et mal concues (tringle à rideaux tombant le 1er soir, espace cuisine non fonctionnel, porte placard cassé, pas de protection contre le soleil sur la terrasse...). Matelas peu confortables. Adapté pour court séjour. Personnel agence accueillant et à l'écoute.

Un petit effort pour etre parfait
Très belle situation pour cet appartement avec vu sur Port à 2 pas des plages et des commerces. Superbe potentiel mais appartement un peu vieillot qui mériterait un petit home staging de quelques euros pour devenir un bien à valeur supérieure. Quelques propositions: cuisine à ouvrir et équipée des 2 cotés avec rangement ( type îlot bar) et quelques rangement sous escalier, le ventilateur est à changer et un deuxième ne serait pas de trop (notamment sous les combles), des rideaux occultants seraient idéales au rdc (chambre et salon), un auvent sur la terrasse est impératif ( notamment du fait de l existence de cette terrasse superbement exposée sur les Maures), sdb à modifier ( notamment la tablette où existe une infiltration d eau). Néanmoins, l appart reste très bien et conforme aux attentes.
