Just step out your patio door and take in the fresh sea breeze, or take a stroll along the shore. Whether you're sipping coffee with a front-row seat to the sunrise or winding down after a day in the sun, this spot makes every moment by the coast unforgettable.

Inside, you'll find a modern coastal design that feels both stylish and welcoming. The unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king bedroom, twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a couple or a small family. And to make your beach days even better, complimentary beach service is included from March 1 to October 31, providing a set with two chairs, a table, and an umbrella, so you can relax by the water with ease.

From enjoying fresh seafood at nearby restaurants to exploring the area's local charm, this Gulf-front stay is a great place to make the most of your time at the beach.

Blue Tide:
Blue Tide offers a prime Gulf-front location atop one of the highest dunes along scenic Highway 30A, providing breathtaking views and direct beach access right from your back door. Spend your days soaking up the sun, strolling along the shoreline, or unwinding to the sound of the waves. When you're ready to cool off, take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Beyond the beach, 30A’s vibrant coastal lifestyle is at your fingertips. Hop on the nearby bike and walking trail to explore the charming communities of Alys, Rosemary, and Seacrest Beaches, where you’ll find boutique shopping, top-rated restaurants, and endless outdoor activities. Whether you're indulging in fresh seafood, browsing local markets, or catching live music, there's always something to make your stay unforgettable.

Your stay at Blue Tide 6A comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Spring break trip

The property was very clean and quiet. We were able to ride bikes to Rosemary Beach so the location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been here too many times to count at this point. We love it here. Can’t beat the views, kitchen is stocked, and WiFi works well. There is a small total amount condos in the unit which leaves you with lots of beach space. Chair service is a nice added bonus. Pool is small but sufficient for little ones. It is a small space, but we make it work just fine even with two teenagers now. Blue tide holds so many of our families vacation memories through the years. You won’t be disappointed.

Good stay!

We love staying at the Blue Tide. First time in this unit and would rent again. This rental was very well stocked and had everything you need including books and games for the kids. Very comfortable bed!! Wish they would include the beach chairs and umbrella with the unit though. Can’t beat the view and being right on the water.

Wonderful time here!!!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, and just what we needed. The property had everything we needed. This was on the ground floor, had a patio, and a staircase down to the beach. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook a full meal. I appreciated that there was a washer and dryer, and they included a laundry pod or two for us to use. It was a quick drive to a supermarket and restaurants. The beach was stunningly beautiful!! We look forward to staying here again. The host was easy to contact if needed.

Fall at 30A

We love the ground floor and the beautiful ocean front view. Watching the sunset from the patio was amazing. The kitchen and family room were both spacious and had nice decor. The bedroom was tight but we are always glad to have a king size bed - which was also very comfortable. Also it should be noted that there a lot of steps to get down to the beach which is common for the area.

Ideal!

Awesome rental close to the beach! Clean and updated. I needed something that the condo didn’t have and the property manager brought it within the hour. There are several condos connected and besides and footsteps above us (which is expected), it was very quiet and everyone was friendly. We had no problems with internet or tv like previous guests. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding Condo on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo stay was breathtaking. Once you open the door and walk into the living room area, you can see the Gulf! It’s outstanding. Condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We even had beach chairs, umbrella and a small table and this was very nice. There was full kitchen, bunkers and bathroom, all nice. We brought extra toilet paper because they leave only one and we ran out by next to last day. They do make it clear that you have to buy or bring your own in case you run out. We had a little bit of wifi troubles but not bad. We were on our honeymoon and we had beautiful memories. We are from East Tennessee, not Seattle Washington as it says.

I read several reviews and a lot were stating the bed was super uncomfortable I just chalked that up to people being dramatic. Come to find out....the bed is super uncomfortable, but we survived. I will say if I stay in this complex again I will be looking at other condos within only because ours was the only one that didn’t include beach service. Seriously we asked all our neighbors and whatever company they booked through included the chairs. We have slowly been making our way down the beach from Miramar due to crowds and I will saw we were very pleased with this location.

Great but did not get response to issues

this was advertised as 2 bdrm. It was not. and the only compensation was $250. Not addequate as far as I'm concerned. Then the dryer was broken and no one seemed to care. We had repair man out; he left with no note. Had to call; they said it was broken but never fixed it or compensated us for that either. Screws falling out of chairs at dinner table. We sent a list of concerns that were never addressed. We go to 30A all the time. I understand stuff happens. But to not address it correctly, is not cool. This property was expensive

A Beautiful Condo in the Right Location with incredibly bad Wi-Fi

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is fabulous -- BUT FOR the wi-fi. I love to stay at Blue Tide because you can walk out your back door right onto the beach! It was clear that the condo had just recently been renovated and it was completely lovely. The previous reviewers had mentioned the bad wi-fi so I inquired with the management company about it prior to booking because I knew, and I told them, that I would have to do some work while I was there for the week. I was unable to get connected to the wi-fi for the first 2 days I was there. On Monday morning, I called for maintenance. Jack (awesome) arrived pretty quickly and hooked it up and gave me instructions on how to use the TV (3 remotes). I called again the next day when there was no connection, and b/c the management company does not have a separate line for maintenance (which they should during a heavy booking season), I had to wait almost an hour for Jack to arrive, all when trying to work frantically on a very big transaction. Jack showed me what to do. I wasted 30 min the next day fixing it myself. I sent a text to the management company asking for a $300 refund on my booking. No response. The next day, I sent another request after fixing it myself again. They told me that they hadn't heard of the prior request (when all they had to do was read up the text chain!), and refused the refund b/c 'the contract says there is no guaranty that the utilities will work'. All in all, the condo itself is wonderful - great location, newly renovated, clean. But GET THE WI-FI FIXED.

I’ll come back but hope customer service will be better...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental before. You cannot beat the location, walking down to the beach. The size is good for our family of four. I like that they moved the bunk beds from the living room to the hallway because it is darker in the hall and now there is more space in the living room. With updates like that, I was surprised they ignored a few other simple fixes like new caulk around the bathroom sink. BUT I would be able to ignore the small things that need attention if the rest of our experience was better. We checked in Saturday at 4pm. I immediately saw that the comforter on the king bed was dirty - visible dirt spots in two places and a red stain from juice or a popsicle. Also, the kids took a bath and the tub was barely draining. I texted management that evening and got a text back that they were not in the office. I texted again Sunday, same response. I called and left a voicemail once and another time got an answering service who could not contact management. By Sunday evening, the tub was full of 3 inches of dirty water that would not drain. It took 4 texts, a voicemail, and multiple calls for someone to finally respond. The maintenance guy did not get there until early afternoon on Monday. A new blanket was brought that evening, after sleeping without one. With people checking in on Saturday, there has to be someone that can be contacted when problems arise over the weekend. This was not our experience when we stayed in 2021.. Additionally, the condo was not as clean as it should have been and we killed a quarter-sized roach on the floor. Included chair service would be nice with the rise in price to rent this condo.. many of the other condos in this unit include chairs and an umbrella. I hope things get better before we come to stay again. If future comments are similar to mine, we will rent a different unit next time.

We are elated that you appreciated the subtle improvements we have made to the unit, its central location and its proximity to the beach. However, we are equally as disappointed that your stay with us did not exceed your expectations for a great vacation. Admittedly, our records indicate that you had reached out to us regarding the blanket and the clogged shower on May 27, but these were not taken care of until May 29. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. It was truly an oversight, and as you rightly stated, you have stayed with us before and this was not your experience. It is important to note as well that our records indicate that the blanket on the bed was changed before you checked in. This was the same blanket you refused to give to our Property Service Agent, after she followed through with your request for a change of linen, as you were said to have used it as a bumper to keep your baby from falling off the bed. We also noticed that your initial contact with us was after 6:30 PM. Please note that our opening hours are 8:30 AM to 5PM Central, 7 days per week. Hence, only emergency requests are handled after business hours. Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for the delay in our response to you and endeavor to make your next vacation with us a memorable and pleasing experience; the way in which you have been accustomed to it over the years! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS STAY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will begin by saying the inside unit itself was perfect. We were not unhappy with the condo. It is beautiful, & the outside building rehab will be great when complete. We would recommend the condo itself. This is a management company review for this timeframe. We received an email 2 weeks before checkin saying there were "repairs to the balcony and we wouldn't be able to use the sliding door". Upon thinking about it for a few days, this was a huge disappointment as we use the patio A LOT. I called & was told someone would go take pictures & she asked for 24 hrs. I waited 3 days & finally called back. NO ANSWER except "well do you want to cancel"? NO. We already planned our trip. At the very least we should receive a discount of some sort. I was told she would check with management and would call me back. NO CALL. We arrived to find FULL CONSTRUCTION going on the outside of the building. Scaffolding, tools on the boardwalk, plastic across patios, concrete grinding, electrical cords, dumpster in the parking lot. One night we couldn't park in our assigned spot due to construction vehicles. NO ACCESS to the beach from the front of our unit, and we had to keep the curtains closed because there were workers on our patio. I sent an email during our stay listing the items that were problems. TWO DAYS laters we received an email saying that "Emerald Hill" told them it was just patio repair. THIS UNIT IS NOT IN EMERALD HILL. They offered a 5% discount on a future stay--which is not even close to what should have been done. I called and left a message when we returned home asking for a manager to call me back. No one has ever called. There are 20 units in this complex. The only 2 that were occupied by nonowners were Benchmark unit, one of which was because a different unit elsewhere had been double booked. No one should have paid for staying there during construction. 5% is not acceptable, especially for a future stay. We will not return to Benchmark.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time during out stay in 6A. The beach there is absolutely amazing and has the best sunsets! The unit has easy access to the beach and was comfortable. It has some wear from different guests but that is to be expected. It was also very clean! My young kids loved the bunk beds and cubbies built in. There are also adequate towels and blankets, necessities, etc. An area of improvement would be the outdoor area. The plastic chairs and table are on their last legs and not comfortable. It would be helpful to know that there is a beach service (and kayaks & paddleboards) offered during the busy season called 'Other Mamas'. They were great! If you bring your own kayak or rent elsewhere, you have to lug it up and down 50 steps. Overall, we had a very nice stay here! Benchmark was great at communication and sent us all we needed ahead of time.

Blue Tide 6A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love Bluetide! It is a hidden gem amongst the other rentals on 30A. I will say we were highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the 6A unit overall. The place needed a deep cleaning. There was food crusted to the table, the bathroom was dirty, and the entire floor of the unit was filthy. The unit was nicely decorated and the beach access was perfect. Some of the furniture outside was broken so we were unable to sit out there as a family and enjoy the view. One other thing is that most of the units at Bluetide have beach service, but 6A did not. On top of our already expensive stay, this was an extra $200 for us for the week. 6A should definitely invest in the beach service for their guests. I will return to Bluetide, but I won’t stay at 6A again without the beach service included.
