This apartment is designed with open living and dining areas. The living room has a convertible sofa bed and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The city’s second district sits at the southern extremity of the central part of Lyon, the Presqu’île formed by the Saône and the Rhône. It is one of Lyon’s most varied and commercial districts.

Walking along the Presqu’île, along the Cordeliers, Bellecour and Perrache districts, sometimes Saône and Rhone side, discover the city’s history through the beautiful buildings and monuments that line these neighbourhoods.

Théâtre des Célestins, Place Bellecour, Basilique d'Ainay ... and local history museums around printing, textiles and decorative arts ...

Between two visits, let yourself be tempted by some shopping and treats.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

The closest tram stop is The Place des Archives (a 1-minute walk).
The closest metro station is Perrache (a 5-minute walk).

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
