*The buildings have been renovated on the outside but on the inside they are very dated. If you are looking for a modern building, this isn't it.

This is a newly renovated and spacious studio with 480 sqft/44 m² located on International Drive in an old building of ‘The Enclave Hotel and Suites’. It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive and the famous Orlando amusement parks:
-The 4 Disney Parks are a 20 minute car drive away
-Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Water Park are about 8 minutes away
-It’s 10 minutes from Seaworld and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops
-If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 20 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away.

Disney Springs: 8.3 miles
Disney Magic Kingdom: 15 miles

If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle departing right outside the guest registration area. Fees do apply! To get more information about the shuttle and tickets for parks please check out The Enclave's home page under 'Service' and then under 'Theme Park Tickets and Shuttle'. For VRBO guests there are always fees for the shuttle to the Theme Parks. Once there, client service can also help with seat reservations for the shuttle.

The condo is very spacious for being a studio. It has a basic equipped kitchen which allows to prepare meals if you want to eat in. It has a two burner induction cooktop but there is no oven. We do have a toaster oven though to bake, toast or heat up meals. You will also find a microwave and a filter coffee machine.
It has a queen size bed and a full size sleeper couch. There is a pack’n’play for infants in the condo but we don’t provide sheets for that.
The bathroom has a big shower. We provide one set of bath towels each guest.

Free WiFi is included but it may be spotty at times, streaming services, zoom/video calls may not work. We had several providers there but no one can offer better service due to the bad connection to the buildings of the Enclave.
We have experienced spotty WiFi specifically in the evening and morning hours.

Washer and dryer are on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. Each cycle is $ 2.50.
Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking - big private parking lot on property.
It is not possible to leave luggage at the front desk, neither prior to check in nor after check out. They won't hold it for VRBO guests.

Amenities of The Enclave include 2 outdoor pools, a tennis court, a kids playground and a basic breakfast buffet (fees apply). Next to the breakfast area there is a small shop to buy some snacks (chips, water, sodas).

AMENITIES CURRENTLY OPEN: 2 outdoor pools, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub, shuttle service (not free of charge - please reach out to front desk for info), breakfast bar (7am-10am, please verify hours with front desk - subject to change), Marketplace Pub for dinner (opens 5pm), Marketplace Snack and Souvenir Shop. All this is still subject to change because of the ongoing pandemic.

If you need anything check out the supermarket and gift shop across the street. You will find everything you need to prepare your own breakfast and a lot more essentials. It also offers postal service if you like to send letters or postcards.

The buildings of the Enclave have been renovated on the outside, but we are honest, the inside, the hallways would need some love. They are very dated.

The location is absolutely great. With restaurants such as Chilis, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds and Burger King within walking distance. Being on International Drive a lot more restaurants and fun attractions for kids and adults are very close. For breakfast we recommend IHOP which is also within walking distance.

Buildings of The Enclave Hotel and Suites:
The buildings have been renovated on the outside but the inside and the hallways would definitely need some TLC. They are dated. If you are looking for a modern building with high speed internet, this isn't it.

Theme Park Shuttle
Shuttle service is not included and cannot be booked through us or the Hotel staff. Please check The Enclave's homepage or the homepage of Fabulous Buses to get information on transportation to and from the Parks.

outdoor pool hours: 9am-dawn

A/C: to avoid freezing of the equipment and to guarantee optimum operation, please try not to cool below 68 degrees Fahrenheit. If the equipment freezes it needs to be turned off for 24hours. Further please don’t leave windows and doors open. We also ask you to shut the curtains once you leave the condo for the day. This prevents the rooms to heat up even more.

Washer/Dryer: Washer and dryer are on the 3rd and 4th floor of this building. Card payment only. Each cycle is $2.50
Laundry hours are between approximately 8am and 9pm due to the quiet hours.

- Only the amount of people on the reservation are allowed
– no unregistered guests
- No 3rd party bookings: booking guest must stay. Sub-leasing not permitted
- Guest making the reservation needs to have an ID added to their account
- Unit is located in 'The Enclave Hotel and Suites'

- Check in age: 21 or older for groups or young couples. Families welcome

QUIET TIMES: 10pm – 7am. Please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior. If there are any complaints the stay may be canceled without refund

STARTER KIT: Plenty for several days. We provide some rolls of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish detergent and some trash bags. Any extra supplies need to be provided by you.

LINENS/BEDS: we provide bed sheet sets for all beds. And a set of towels for the maximum amount of guest. Some pool towels. And we don’t provide sheets or blankets for the pack’n’play. The bed does have a quilt as cover.

PROPERTY USE:
- No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use
- Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address
- Flush only toilet paper
- Recommendation: close curtains when not at home to keep the room cool.
- Try not to cool below 68 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing of the equipment. If frozen it needs to be turned off for 24hours.
- No glitter, glue, hair dye, spray tan or sun spray inside the unit
- no package delivery

CHECK OUT:
- By 10 am
- Please remove all trash - trash room on the second floor
- Please empty the fridge and freezer
- Please turn on the dishwasher if there are still dirty dishes
- Linens and towels can stay where they are (on bed/in the bathroom) - Close windows and doors
- Leave the safe open
- check for your belongings; If you forget something we won't hold it unless it seems expensive or important for your health

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impacts next guest: 2x nightly rate. Paying the fee does not mean a late check out is approved and you can extend your stay By booking with us and checking into our home you agree to our house rules and any violation may result in extra charges or a cancellation without refund.
