Cozy, cute, comfortable❤️

The space was great! Very nice and comfortable. Very close to a supermarket. It was a nice walk there and ba k. Very cute neighborhood. As close to perfect as it gets! Definitely recommend.

Great place if you don’t mind a little noise

It is hard to find a properly furnished place in the San Juan area that doesn’t cost a fortune, but this place has everything you need. Included is a full size fridge freezer combo (stocked with water bottles which was a nice touch), beautiful decor a couple plug in cook tops, a microwave and a comfortable bed. The only downside is that the neighbors seem to be a bit noisy, I stayed 4 days (a Thursday through Sunday) and every night there was loud music playing in the neighborhood at all hours of the night, this was amplified by the fact that the windows are rolling slats (as many homes are in PR), instead of full panel windows, along with the door having gaps on 3 sides, I am a deep sleeper so this didn’t bother me, but for light sleepers you might want to look elsewhere. Ambiance 5 Functionality 5 Comfortablity 5 Noise 3

Very comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay!! Everything was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the neighborhood. The A/C was nice and cold. There were windows that I kept open at night to enjoy the breeze!
