There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

The room needs some updates, but other than that it was clean and welcoming. The staff was all very nice. We didn’t have any problems getting clean towels from the desk. The doggy area is very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Nice place for you and your pets

Very clean, has indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool both very spacious, my daughter loved the heated pool sauna has plenty of space as well dedicated space for pets was also nice most of the time it was cleaned we are definitely putting this hotel on our list.

The staff was very friendly. Katy Ann was extremely helpful. The property was great for my dog also. The room was what I was expecting but the view of the beach and ocean were outstanding! If you travel with a pet and want a direct oceanfront view and direct beach access, I don't think there is a better value in Myrtle Beach.

Easy ocean

This location was the best I've stayed at for the access to pools and ocean. Not being able to walk long distances I had no problem with either. The staff were great, fast service and had excellent elevator use. The unit was clean roomy and met our needs well. Even our dog felt the good vibes throughout our stay

Beach trip

Its a nice resort but the door locks are a nightmare. Its ridiculous having a 10 digit code to get in. They are almost impossible to unlock. There was only one chair on the balcony and it was broken. I realized it was broken when I sat on it. We had to call maintenance twice for the door lock. The cover was not on the vent on the balcony. I called about it but no one came. The floor was really scratched up.

Spring break

During our stay the hot tub was full of young adults who trashed it. We were able to enjoy the hot tub one time for less than a half an hour because someone was throwing cheezits off their balcony into the hot tub we were in and later a group of people ruined the water by spilling drinks, food and who knows what else. There were so many people that if you wanted to use the elevator you were waiting for 10+ mins. When we checked in we assumed we would be able to stay parked in the resort parking lot but we had to go to an overflow parking lot because people who didn't have parking passes were taking up the lot. Other than that the view was great and we were able to get into our room and hour or so before our actual check in ( we drove 13 hours from our home ).

Stay awhile

I will say the place was nice I liked that I could walk right to the beach from the pool deck I can say the staff was very nice and helpful. What I didn’t like. Was that the room that they gave us? The code didn’t work all the time and the door was really hard to get into upon entering the room, the smell that they used to clean was so overpowered, the view was beautiful. That’s why I chose this floor in room so that I would have a really good view the night before we had to leave the rail on our balcony broke so they had to move us because that’s a hazard the room that they gave us after that was not good. The view was not really good and it smelled like urine so bad , one of the TVs didn’t work they were tiles missing from the bathroom ceiling. I was very upset that the last few nights that I had to stay was not that good. I talked to customer support. I’m really hoping that somebody gets back with me.

Excessive wind noise from front entry door to room. The whistling and howling wind sounded like a Midwest blizzard. All in all rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Physical plant could use some maintenance. The maintenance crew was on site all week so assuming our stay isn’t an indication of the norm.

College fall break

Had a blast, for a short 4 day trip. My son, pup and myself. We were in need of some much needed rest, in the sun. We had beautiful weather, everyday that let out pup enjoy the beach too! We hated to pack up and go home. Had the perfect stay!

The room was dog friendly and ocean front. Easy access to beach. Pool looked nice but opted for ocean and sun deck. Full kitchen Would recommend to my friends and family.
