Condo is on the top 12th floor with spectacular ocean views, sleeps 6-8 (2 queens and 2 futons in den) and upgraded every year. New flat top range, new dishwasher and new microwave under cabinet!

Condo Recently upgraded. 2 new 26' flat screen tv's installed in Den and Master Bedroom! We have completed nearly $20,000 of renovations / upgrades to this condo since 2005. We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, and are Accredited with the BBB.

Condo & Resort are Great for family vacation! Owner discounts! Enjoy this direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo on top 12th floor with spectacular panoramic view of the ocean from the top twelveth floor! Spacious 1000 square feet, sleeps 6, and includes a full kitchen oceanfront den, oceanfront master bedroom, second bedroom and two balconies. 2 new queen beds in each bedroom! Den and master bedroom Balconies are parallel to ocean or direct oceanfront. Our Clamity Jane condo Sleeps six on two new queen-size beds and 2 futons in den. Many new amenities added including: 2 new queen beds & 2 futons in den, new plumbing, new faucets and master toilet.

Up to $500 off summer (June-Aug.) weekly rates! $200-350 off other Sept-May weeks! $1050/mo. Total for Oct.-Feb. & $1200/mo. For March! VRBO Rates already include some discount. Older, but good space and amenities

First, I should stay I have been going to the area for over 20 years, and have rented condos from Cherry Grove to the campgrounds.

This is not a brand new, shiny condo. If you want everything brand new, polished and need 13 pools, this may not be your place.

However, there is a nice amount of space and the owner takes care of this condo. Yes, it could use a touch up here or there, everything is not perfect. But it is a great oceanfront condo all around. Some of my favorite things here were: amount of space, washer and dryer, dishwasher, two baths (one for the master), and two balconies. Great views from both balconies, as well as the living room and master bedroom.

The owner gives you a price for everything, and he really prices it accordingly. I thought his pricing was excellent for what you get. He was easy to deal with when renting the unit, and did not throw a bunch of extra costs at you.

The location is good, and onsite parking is nice.

I found the usual as far as cookware, some was very beat up, but there was enough to cook with, and stores nearby for what you needed specifically. I was making a rib roast and needed a meat thermometer, so I bought one. I left in at the condo for the next person, which is something I would encourage other visitors to do. If you can leave something, it helps the next guest. Also, if you rent from an owner, respect the place, treat it as if it were your own.

The resort itself is relatively small, has a decent indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tubs. The people we encountered were all very friendly.

Overall, a nice condo, good location, nice amenities and a decent owner make this a great rental. We enjoyed our stay!

Had you called during your stay, as per our signed vacation rental agreement with you, we would have brought you new pots and pans, etc. As we discussed, we lost a queen comforter during your stay but did not charge you! Great 1st stay in Myrtle Beach!!!

This is a GREAT location to stay in and owner to work with. The rooms were comfortably roomy and clean. The master room has a great view! The appliances were clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Although we didn't utilize them, there were even extras such as coffee and other cooking and cleaning supplies available on our stay. Don't know if these are left from previous renters are not, but either way that was a nice extras. Also, being on the 12th floor and at the end you don't have to deal with unwanted noise. I WILL USE IT AGAIN WHEN I RETURN!!!!!!

excellent!! We have stayed here two . years in a row. Everything was better than expected !.The private bedroom was big enough we hardly ever ventured into the other area . Their w, ere 4 adults in our party. photos and video were right on ! The owner is always prompt with response , when getting trip set up. We never needed for anything so we never contacted him either time while there. My daughter is wanting to go with another couple this year and so our we. Guess we have been bragging to much of how much fun it is. I could sit and look out my bedroom window all night. Have a picture taken of the sunrise from the balcony over my fireplace.

Fantastic Vacation!!

We stayed in Ocean Park #1208 from 6/2/12-6/9/12 and really enjoyed our time there. We have 3 children from 7-13 and they all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The resort is located in a great area for families and we were not far from anything that we wanted to do. The condo is very spacious and exceptionally clean and the view from the balconies is priceless!! We will deffinitly be returning in the future to stay at Ocean Park #1208!!! Thank You for the wonderful memories this condo has helped provide for my family!

Great Vacation!!!

We rented this condo for the week of April 3rd 2010 to April 10th 2010. It was our first opportunity to stay a full week at the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and are already planning a fall trip. This condo is everything the ad says and a wonderful place to stay, Mr. Hines is a great owner and I plan on booking all my future trips at one of his properties. Give this condo a try you won't be disappointed.

My family and I stayed at this condo for the July 4th week in 2007. It was fantastic for the price! The kitchen is very spacious, the washer and dryer work fantastically, the view is amazing. Everything about this place was great, but the elevators were slow. I would definately recommend this.
