Welcome to Northern Michigan! Enjoy premier golf courses, state trails, hiking, wine tasting, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling-- The list is endless! This cute little house is located near Otsego Lake (it is not directly on the lake but has lake access at the end of the street). Downtown Gaylord is about 10 mins away and it's about 45 mins to major northern destinations like Mackinac Island, Lake Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey and more! Perfect location for day trips! This is a NO PET listing. Thank you.

    The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
    Load and start the dishwasher
    Gather used towels
    Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
    Turn off the lights and lock the doors
    Leave used beds unmade, please bring used kitchen and bathroom towels to laundry room
    Please remove all food in refrigerator and bring all garbage to cans in garage and seal tightly.
    Make sure air conditioners and lights are off. If you used the grill - Please double check gas is off.
    Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
    SEPTIC TANK-- only flush toilet paper provided. NO wipes, tampons, etc. Also, easy on garbage disposal please no grease etc...
    CAMERA- Camera on driveway only - you can turn it off upon arrival (the switch is to the right of front patio door). Please turn ON when you leave.
    VACATING- Garbage to bins in garage w/lid tight. Bedding used leave unmade. Towels to laundry room.

    Weekend Snowmobiling

    Great place to stay for a weekend snowmobile trip. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Host was very pleasant and accommodating.

    Marissa was helpful solving some problems that arose, and the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room, and TV area were all large and stylish -perfect for families to use at the same time for different activities. The home is located off the lake and in a wooded area so mosquitos were a nuisance, so bring your bug spray.
