Downtown Gaylord is about 10 mins away and its about 45 mins to major northern destinations like Mackinac Island, Lake Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey and more! Perfect location for day trips

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade
Please bring all garbage to cans in garage and seal cap tightly
Make sure gas is off to the grill
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SEPTIC TANK-- only flush toilet paper provided. NO wipes, tampons, etc. Also, easy on garbage disposal please no grease etc...
CAMERA- Camera on driveway only - you can turn it off upon arrival (the switch is to the right of front patio door). Please turn ON when you leave.
VACATING- Garbage to bins in garage w/lid tight. Bedding used leave unmade. Towels to laundry room. Heat upstairs on OFF. Heat on 1st floor on 50.

Weekend Snowmobiling

Great place to stay for a weekend snowmobile trip. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Host was very pleasant and accommodating.
