Great location. AC was very good. Outdoor balconies superb. Pillows and blankets were disgusting. Pool small but nice. Unfortunately the master bedroom is literally next to aplified music from WillieT's next door which made sleep impossible.

This is my family’s 3rd time staying at this lovely property. We love the convenient location right off Duval and that it has its own private pool! The penthouse itself is quite spacious and has great views of Duval. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, with multiple outdoor seating areas on the front, side, and back yard balconies, plus the rooftop deck. The pool was always a perfect way to end the day, and people-watching from the front balcony on Duval was a treat. Its location next to Duval made everything walkable and easy to get to, from great restaurants to attractions, the Duval stroll, and the sunset celebration at Mallory Square. As other guests mention, you will have to be ok with the noise from Duval Street, but that’s part of the charm of staying there, and we found the sound machine in the room very helpful in drowning it out. If you stay in the bedrooms upstairs, it’s much less noticeable. The host, Mark, was always reachable and responsive during our stay, when we needed him for odds and ends. We’ll definitely want to come back and stay here again.

The accommodations were clean, well-appointed and convenient to everything. We were traveling with a baby and the space was plenty big enough fur all of us.

Really nice property. Master is gorgeous. furniture is clean and comfortable. Pool is heated! Very centrally located and having Walgreens so close is very convenient. TV's worked great. Great wifi. Appliances practically new. Contacted host about minor issue and they were there personally within a half hour to fix. One minor thing that the unit is overlooking Duval St, but that is technically not the street address for the property, which caused an issue for a delivery we had to the unit (just a heads up in case you want to have something delivered).

From the minute we stepped in we loved the place and truly were sad to leave. So comfortable, beautiful, and the pool is perfect. Spending time with our family was so easy to do with all of the venues- we used all of them! And plenty of room for privacy when needed. Won’t stay anywhere else after this!

We are repeat guests and once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just as described, the condo is within walking distance of everything Key West has to offer. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor spaces while listening to the live music from Willie T’s nearby. We were in town celebrating a milestone birthday and the condo served as the perfect gathering spot for the large group that came to celebrate with us. Additionally, Mark was very responsive and easy to reach whenever needed. Overall, another outstanding experience and we look forward to returning.

Very nice property with a great location. Very clean and well equipped. only downside is that the noise from the live bands can be bothersome from the master bedroom.We really enjoyed our time here and plan to return.

Easy as you can get for a rental. Here’s the code, text with problems, enjoy. Photos sell it short. Pool is bigger than seems on photos. Whole place is! There’s multiple balconies, rooftop, pool deck area. Plenty of all the things you’re wondering about as you click through listings and back and forth. Yes, there’s a grill and kitchen stuff, it’s all you’ll need and it’s spacious and clean. Yes it’s literally next to Willy Ts and that’s just marvelous! One of the bedrooms is nearly soundproof. Host has sound machines as well, if that’s your issue. It’s ON DUVAL. if you’re trying to sleep before midnight on a Saturday - stay in Orlando maybe ? We came for Husbands 40th. Everything was 5 minutes away walking. All the sights to see. This place over delivered. Iguanas, atmosphere, safety, comfort, etc etc. very happy with our decision and hated to leave. 7 days there and we will return soon!

Like most of the other reviews state, the Duval Penthouse was very clean and comfy. The location is second to none for getting around and regarding some mentions about noise from Willie T's, the sound machine in the master bedroom solved everything except for one rowdy Key West rooster who enjoyed crowing every morning starting at 4am lol.

House was amazing! Great location right in the middle of the action. Enjoyed the live music from The bar next door and sound was never an issue while sleeping as the owner supply’s sound machines in all bedrooms.

Second year staying at this property. Love the location.

We love staying here very clean and comfortable. Location is great we walk everywhere all week. The balcony’s and pool are very private when you need a break from Duval St.
