Tidesides Marine Bay House Rental #2

Wake up in one of our nautical Airbnb's located in the beautiful Sodus point located on Sodus bay. Here at Tidesides Marine we offer free Wi-Fi, an on site eatery with beer and cider, boat rentals and a boat ramp. Bring your own boat and utilize our boat ramp and docking available on site.

Enjoy the neighborhood of Sodus Point where you can eat, drink, boat and relax on the beach. The lively Grieg street is less then one mile and walking distance.

Our Airbnb's are located in the upstairs of the building so if you have mobility challenges then this isn't a good fit for you.

For your comfort we offer all queen size, a living room area with TV, full bath and half kitchen with Bayview.

The studio style has two queen size beds along with the living room area, half kitchen and full bath.

We love fur babies but ask for it to be pet free.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Location for Boaters

Awesome property with direct bay access for boating. The property is right at the Marina which appears to be all brand new. We had a great time.

Last minute getaway

This was a perfect property. We’ve stayed at many Vrbo’s and thousands of Marriotts and this was the best of both worlds. The owners have done a top notch job on the property. Excellent communicators and hosts. We will be return renters without a doubt!

My husband and I stayed here for our 18th wedding anniversary. Super cute place, new & very clean! We brought our boat & enjoyed touring Sodus bay. This place had everything we needed. Highly recommend

Spacious studio with a marina view

This was our first time using Vrbo & we were a little nervous but this studio exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing and answered my questions promptly. Check in & check out were very simple & I received instructions prior to our arrival date & was even able to check in early. The studio room was very clean, spacious & nautically decorated - there were even some board games to play. The view was overlooking the Marina, where you can rent boats & a also just a short walk for breathtaking views of the sunrise. This studio is also right next to a local cidery with slushies and a small restaurant with delicious food. Our only comment that may be a concern for others is this studio is over the Marina business garage & you do hear the garage door open and people talking when they are open. We truly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend the rental & host.

Tidesides is beautiful!

We recently stayed at Tidesides for my son’s wedding and the entire party was so pleased with the accommodations. All apartments/rooms are beautifully appointed and offer everything you need. There was a slight misunderstanding on one of the rooms, and Ashley immediately returned my call and offered a solution which was so appreciated! We highly recommend you book your stay at Tidesides!
