villa and location fantastic. it should be mentioned in the details that the east side of the island is susceptible to sargassum during this time. aside from that we loved the place. other beaches are easy to get to and quite nice

The view was amazing! The pool and outside furniture were fabulous. The staff on property were over-the-top helpful. I can't say enough about the host, communication with her was quick and gave so many good tips about our vacation.

This was an excellent property and was exactly as advertised. Beautiful villa, very roomy and comfortable. We did not rent a car and used a taxi for the week. The expense was about the same and this way we didn’t have to drive. Communication with everyone was so easy and pleasant. We didn’t get to access the ocean because the sargassum was very heavy but they removed as much as they could every morning and there was never an unpleasant smell. By the end of the week, the winds had changed and kept the seaweed to a minimum. My family really enjoyed the quiet area of Oyster Bay/Dawn Beach and the space of the villa for a family of six. Overall, we had an excellent time and enjoyed our stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront villa. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the views of the Atlantic are absolutely stunning. Sitting outside and listening to the waves was one of our favorite parts of the trip.We absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful oceanfront getaway.

View was great. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Beach was fantastic - not too busy even though it was over the New Year period.Only issue was that the property is a bit isolated and it was a bit of a drive to go for groceries (there was a little market on site but it only sold a few things).

Super location with fantastic views! Villa Alabaster was perfect. We enjoyed the services there from the friendly housekeeper and pool cleaner, both so kind and helpful! The same for all the staff at Coral Bay Beach Club, so welcoming and friendly!

Villa was amazing, clean, and perfect for my family, which included my 72 year-old mother and my two children ages five and seven. While we couldn’t go on the beach because of the sargassum, the villa was in a great location to get to other beaches since we run in a car. We really enjoyed staying there and enjoyed talking to Presley who took care of our pool each morning.

Alabaster is a true five-star property—an absolutely beautiful home in an equally beautiful location. The house was exceptionally well stocked and well cared for, with daily cleaning service.The pool is fantastic, though it was hard to pull ourselves away from the incredible beach and 82-degree water just steps away. The location is ideal, with a quick walk to the convenience store and a great outdoor bar.Lisa provided excellent information about the home as well as nearby activities and dining options. The entire family was happy—and no one complained about my morning runs to Bread and Butter.Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would absolutely love to come back.
