In the commune of Matignon, we offer this charming 100 m² house with private swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 1,200 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (single) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
- Mezzanine landing, accessible by stairs, equipped with a single sofa bed
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 9 m x 4.50 m swimming pool (private, heated) open from June to September. Secured by an electric shutter. Depth from 1m10 to 1m40.
- A lovely enclosed garden of 1,200 m², south-west facing with no overlooked neighbours.
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Matignon, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Sports activities: golf, water sports, fishing, sea walks, horse riding, accrobranche, GR34 walks, horse riding, giant zip line and ski hire nearby.
- Visit the Emerald Coast and the Château du Fort La Latte.
- Seaside resorts on the Emerald Coast: Saint Malo, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer.
- The seaside resorts of the Côtes d'Armor: Le Val-André, Trégastel-Plage, Perros Guirec, Erquy...
