Quiet and friendly people and location

Communication and check-in was excellent. This community here is so friendly and diverse with french Canadian's, French, UK, Netherlands, Jamaica, and all sorts of places! This place has beach chairs and all amenities needed for this trip. The quiet, private beach out front was a sanctuary and there was a lot of adventure (sailing, diving, water sports, hiking) with a running track and tennis courts out front the building (not part of the building). I enjoyed visiting the Dutch side but it was nice to come back to Marigot where things are much more calm and tranquil. The food here is excellent. You can get out and explore the local offerings - amazing food and beverages. I will come back!

Nice beachfront!

The studio was great! Clean and updated with tasteful decor. Comfortable bed. This is a second floor unit and we loved the balcony view of the small beach. We enjoyed coffee and meals out there often. The property manager could not have been more friendly and accommodating! Although the building is secured by a gate and additional locked door inside, the neighborhood towards Sandy Ground is a little sketchy. There were a few incidents that were unsettling. The occupants of the building, a mix of owners and renters, were a variety of nationalities and were all friendly and helpful. There is a small laundry facility just outside the gate which is helpful. Easy walk into Marigot. Speed of communication with the owner could be improved. The nice, sturdy beach chairs were appreciated!

Obwohl wir zu spät angekommen sind, nach 18:00 Uhr, wurden wir erwartet. Auch der Service während unseres Aufenthaltes war super. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gemütlich gewesen. Da fahren wir gerne wieder hin. Das WLAN war stabil und daher konnten wir dann deutsches Fernsehen auf dem Tablet sehen.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, le cadre est fabuleux. L'équipement est conforme au descriptif et même plus, car vous disposez egalement de fauteuils de plage, des serviettes de plage, d'une glacière... La propreté est irréprochable. Une mention toute particulière à Titi pour la qualité de son accueil, son temps passé pour donner des conseils et des idées de sorties, c'est très agréable et appréciable. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Une adresse à recommander sans aucune hesitation.

Notre séjour à Marigot

Tout c’est très bien passé, accueil par Titi, très convivial et toujours souriante. Dommage très peu de communication avec le propriétaire du logement avant notre arrivée, même si ce n’est qu’un business pour lui, c’est bien dommage….

La location est parfaite.la résidence est très bien tenue. Le studio est très beau et bien agencé .l’accès à la plage est facile comme la piscine. La vue est magnifique. Le parking est en face avec toutes les commodités à côté. J’ai passé un agréable séjour. Merci encore

Séjour à Saint Martin

Le logement dont la disposition a particulièrement été bien pensé permet à une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 ados) de passer un agréable moment. Le seul bémol qui n'était pas liè au logement lui-même était la conduite de travaux puisqu'il y avait un chantier de construction juste à côté, avec des machines particulièrement bruyantes durant la journée. A part cela ce fut un merveilleux séjour....
