On the bay of marigot, for rent very nice studio tastefully decorated. Located in a secure residence with its swimming pool and its private beach which overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the island of Anguilla.
This air-conditioned studio includes a double bed and a sofa bed (extra bed) and a flat screen TV.(small safe)
A fitted kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, hot water. (more than a minimum I have provided: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, dishwashing ...)
A bathroom with its shower (hot water) and its toilet area. Hair dryer and table and iron.
Charming furnished terrace overlooking a tropical garden.
Capacity 2 adults and possibility of 1 or 2 children.

Very comfortable and close to town

The apartment is right on a private beach and within walking distance to the Marigot town. The studio has everything you need and the host stocks you with all paper supplies, water, and some cooking staples. Very comfortable stay. Be aware that there is a friendly rooster that crows at all hours and there is some road noise but we got used to it.

Well appointed garden facing studio. Very walkable. Beach is lovely . I especially enjoyed the pool since the beach and water looked intimidating to swim in.

Hidden Gem

I had an amazing stay here. It is walking distance from stores and the marina , or Margiot Market is just minutes of walking. People said the area isn’t the safest but I found myself making tons of friends that I will go back to see. The private beach connected to these apartments is breath taking. You can wake up and in less than 1 minute your at the beach. The property had a cute setting to it. The studio was perfect for me , working clean bathroom and half kitchen, towels , soap. This stay went beyond my expectations and I would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a local stay to get a feel of the area.

Perfect apartment for stay in St Martin

We stayed at this cute studio apartment for 3 nights so we could see the island before a week-long boat trip. Our host was very nice and accommodating. We arrived a little early, but she had the apartment ready for us. It was decorated nicely, and it was pleasant to stay there. We walked to a market and got a few groceries for one of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location. There is small beach area for swimming. It is just a short walk to Marigot where there is shopping, both little shops and an open air marketplace. There are several restaurants along the marina with very good food and friendly people. We only needed a car rental for one day to tour the rest of the island. Best Car rental is by the ferry terminal, just past the marketplace. This apartment was a good choice to make our trip even better! Loved our stay at the friendy island!

Great getaway in French side of St. Martin

This studio apartment is located on the street side of the residence. The yard and surrounding are very pleasant and it is private and secure. Three another apartments are in this area, fun to get to know the owners. The beach is accessible just down the hall and a step out. It is small but beautiful, also private.we thought enjoyed our time there. Sabrina was so attentive to our needs and a great person to get to know. This complex is home to many local French residents, near fine restaurants, shopping, and even a small grocery store. Public transportation is easy to use, we never rented a car in the 5 weeks we were there. We recommend this studio to anyone looking for a laidback vacation.

Perfect Studio for two

Sabrina is an excellent host! The Studio was very clean and totally secure. Not far from some restaurants in Marigot or Philipsburg. Also...just a few miles from Mullet Bay, the most perfect beach destination. Parking was easy at the property. I have stayed here before, and will again.

Affordable accommodation

The property is worth the reasonable price based on the location and the average beach that is accessible from the property. The unit itself is absolutely great, modern and has all the amenities needed. We had to drive to other beaches that were to our liking which weren’t too far away which wasn’t a problem since we rented a car. Sabrina was great, provided a can of one of my favorite coffees (Santo Domingo from DR) and bottles of water. If you want a basic, nice, clean and safe apartment to rent, this is the place for you. However, if you are looking for something that has a great beach and has fantastic amenities, this isn’t it. Don’t get me wrong, we loved the place because it was exactly what we expected, but it may not be what some would expect. Oh, the unit is not one in the multi story buildings, it is the last unit of 4 efficiency units that are by themselves. The unit is the last one and the other 3 are occupied by full time tenants that were extremely nice. We had a great time here and I almost forgot , the pool was great! If we ever go back we will definitely rent this apartment again ..

10th wedding anniversary

Sabrina was extremely helpful from booking to checkout. She was very accessible and welcoming. She provided a bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration. The apartment was small but clean and well appointed. We would recommend this unit for your stay on Saint Martin.

Wonderful stay! Lovely apartment with beautiful tropical garden and mountain view. Private beach is the perfect place to relax. Wifi is excellent. Outdoor running track right across the street along with little market that has everything you might need for cooking, also beverages, sunscreen, etc. Shops, boutiques, and restaurants in Marigot less than 15 minutes walking from the apartment. Sabrina is an outstanding host -very responsive and available to assist with whatever you may need: questions about the neighborhood, directions and referrals to pharmacies, assistance with reservations, etc. Magical place! Highly recommend.

This apartment is a dream come true -full stop. The little private beach behind the building is a quiet, lovely place to relax. The apartment is charming, very clean, and very pretty. Wifi is outstanding; never was slow or went out the entire length of my month-long stay. Picture having breakfast or a glass of wine overlooking a tropical garden in the backyard with a view of the mountains -you can do this every day. Neighbors are very kind and friendly. For those interested in fitness, there is a running track for the community right across the street available for use for free -great benefit for both short and long-term stays! Little market with everything you might need is right across the street, and the shops, markets and restaurants of Marigot are less than 15 minutes walking. - Sabrina is a wonderful host. From beginning to end of the booking process, during my entire stay, and after, she was very responsive and went above and beyond to provide a beautiful experience -she provided references for pharmacies, local flower shops, assisted with restaurant reservations, and much more. Simply magical.

Comfortable studio

A lovely studio walking distance from downtown Marigot. It has its own beach, pool, and easy parking, but best is that it's walking distance from all the restaurants and shopping in Marigot. Sabrina was a lovely host, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Although it doesn't have an ocean view, it's on the water and views the garden with resident turtles and the neighbor's friendly cat (the neighbor is nice too). We were here for NYE weekend and while road noise might have been loud outside, it was perfectly quiet for sleeping. I can highly recommend it.

Lovely place, close to town

We spent 5 days in Sabrina's apartment...the first guests in this newly renovated place. It is very well equipped, there is a grocery store across the street, and it is just a short walk into town. A rental car is a good idea to get around the island...we enjoyed Mullet Bay for swimming and relaxation. If we needed anything, Sabrina was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Efficiency in Marigot

Clean, tidy, well equipped for 2, and nicely workable for 3. Right on the beach, which is lovely and breezy, and praceful. The pool also lovely. All within a short walk of the town. Bus stop and laundry right there. Very helpful and charming hostess.

Amazing Stay

Communication between Sabrina and I leading up to our stay was nothing short of perfect. Many of my questions I had she would respond to within a couple hours. Sabrina was more than accommodating with the check in process, for we had arrived in St. Maarten the day before our scheduled stay date. We were greeted by Sabrina outside of the residence and immediately felt welcomed. The residence was exactly as described, not big and not too small. It was perfect for a getaway that we were looking for. The location in Marigot was great as well, for there were plenty of shops and cafe/ restaurants to try that were within walking distance. The French side was also perfect for us because we were looking for a more relaxed setting and loved the feel of the Cafe's and people watching. The Beach was very easy to access and we never saw more than 2 people on it at any time. It felt like a private Beach just for us. Sabrina also supplied the Beach chairs and umbrellas which saved us a few $$ in the process. My only complaint is that we were not able to stay more than 4 days. The checkout was smooth as the check in and our damage deposit was refunded within a day. There is no doubt my wife and I will be coming back to St. Maarten and its nice to know we have a new friend as well in Sabrina. merci beaucoup Sabrina

A perfect place to stay in the heart of Marigot

I'm so happy we stayed here instead of a hotel. I felt like I got a more real feel for the island. The villa is cozy and definitely big enough for a couple. It was nice that the kitchen had supplies and towels and linens were supplied. We stayed longer than a week and it really felt like home. There's a beautiful beach out back, a huge pool out front, and it's within walking distance to a small supermarket and Chinese restaurant. I recommend both. Also a little walk to the marina where you will find a good variety of restaurants for every meal. Besides being in a good location in a lively part of the island, Sabrina was a wonderful host who gave us some good tips on what to do while there. It was perfect for my first trip to St. Martin

Great location and stay!

We loved the location, which was walking distance from Marigot and not far from the airport. We walked into town to eat a few times, and we loved that there was a quiet beach right behind us that we didn't have to drive to. The flat was cozy and clean and had almost everything we needed. Sabrina is so helpful and friendly! I would have liked a few more towels because we were showering so much due to multiple events for a wedding that week, but that may be an American preference. The shower was a little small for my wide-shouldered boyfriend, but again, that's probably a preference based on our home experiences. I would stay again.

Sabrina is the perfect owner. The place was mmaculate. The pool was out of commission, but she made it up with bottles of champagne!. The location suited us well too. All in all the perfect spot for us.

Great Location in Marigot ....

This flat is great. Very comfortable for 2 people. Access to beach and a tennis court. The folks on the Island are wonderful. Sabrina is wonderful. I can't say enough about her kindness. We enjoyed meeting her. The location her is perfect , 200m to Sunrise market or a short bus ride to the Super U market. Great walk to Fort and downtown for some great food. This will be our second time here on the Island and will keep returning once or twice a Year, Thanks Sabrina for your Smile and Kindness, Jim and Dorothy , NC
