Look no further— you’ve found it. That dazzling 30A home you’ve been dreaming about. Clare’s Cottage is a flawless five-bedroom luxury home with an elegant indoor/outdoor living design. Complete with exposed beams, wrought-iron railings, manicured landscaping, and dazzling white stucco— it’s like someone plucked a flawless French chateau from the Mediterranean and set it down on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. A refreshing private pool in a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating, dining table, new weber grill, and the sandy shores of the Gulf are only a quick walk down the private gated street.

Enter Clare’s Cottage through dramatic, arched, mahogany double doors and into the outdoor loggia and courtyard. On the first floor, the wide-open living, kitchen, and dining space features exquisite Travertine tile floors, soaring high ceilings, and charming white shiplap walls. Relax on the sofa in front of the 70-inch HDTV, or take a seat at the spacious dining table with seating for eight.

In the kitchen, a tiered peninsula island offers plenty of casual gathering space to wait while the morning coffee brews. Bleached wood cabinets and marble countertops complete the luxurious yet efficient space. High-end, stainless steel appliances include an 8-burner gas stove, oven, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Inverter Micro Oven, and a Top Hat Ice Maker.

Also on the main floor, the primary master suite has a sumptuous king-size bed and 40-inch HDTV. The ensuite master bathroom has a double marble vanity, freestanding tub, step-in shower, and sparkling chandelier light fixtures.

Upstairs on the second level are four more private bedrooms. There’s a second master suite up here— complete with a king-size bed and HDTV. In the attached bathroom, a positively enormous, spa-like shower has pebble tile detail and multiple showerheads for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There’s also a separate make-up space, a private toilet, and a double vanity.

The next bedroom also has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom features two queen-size beds, while the final bedroom is a nautical-themed bunk room with two twin-over-twin-size built-in bunk berths and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard below.

From March 1st through October 31st, Longue Vue Beach Services offers exclusive, premium beach chair and umbrella setups. Personal chairs and umbrellas are kindly not permitted during these times to ensure a seamless and elegant beachfront aesthetic. For those enchanting evenings by the shore, inquire about organizing a beach bonfire through our community-approved vendor - a perfect way to create unforgettable memories under the stars.

Please note, the Longue Vue community maintains a serene and orderly environment by not permitting golf carts. This policy ensures the tranquility and safety of all our guests and residents, allowing everyone to enjoy the beauty of Longue Vue to the fullest.
