Beautifully built Florida Villa with a spacious living area, ready to become your new home away from home. The split floor plan provides privacy, making it ideal for vacationing with children, friends or extended family. A well-stocked open-concept kitchen leads into the second living area facing the pool.

Soak up the rays of the sunniest city in the US on the oversized pool deck, which features a grand pool with separate elevated jacuzzi, creating a waterfall effect. No jacuzzi heat or blower provided. Pool has an approximate temp of 85 degrees in the summer months (May-Sep). No solar heat provided during those summer months. It makes the pool hard to be maintained.
Solar panels warm up the pool during late fall, winter and early spring. Solar heat will not be provided during the warmer months (May-September).
Hot water small bathroom shower: Turn to the right.
Two dining sets, a counter-height table, and four lounge chairs provide plenty of seating options for entertaining friends and family outdoors. Enjoy the view of the untouched wooded space behind the property, providing additional privacy.

Ideal for a couple, the master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk in closets and his and her's sinks, as well as a bathtub and shower. From the master bedroom, French doors lead out to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms in the home each feature a queen bed to accommodate additional guests. A second bathroom featuring one sink vanity, toilet and shower is conveniently located between them.

Outfitted with linens, towels, and utensils, this home comes readily equipped with all that you will need to enjoy your extended stay in paradise. Conveniently located near a general store and grocer, you need not go far for any additional needs. An additional electricity charge will be charged for all long term stays, exceeding 21 nights if the electricity cost is higher than $160 for a 4 week period. The difference will be requested as additional services.
For security reasons there are 2 outdoor cameras installed to observe the front entrance and driveway area.
We are not refunding for late arrival or early check out for any reason including Covid. Please consider getting travel insurance to cover in case something unexpected happens.
To assure comfortable temperature in the home, owner can read (not regulate) current temperature on smart thermostat. An AC setting of not less than 74 degrees is recommended. AC generally cools down 15-20 degrees depending on outside temperatures.
