Charming 3rd-floor, 2 bedroom, 2 full-bath condo on the beach - cannot get any closer to the sand. Beautiful 180° gulf view from the private balcony. Easy access to steps and elevator. Free on-site parking. Semi-covered community pool and deck area.

Five-floor building - means lots of beach space! Beach chair and umbrella rental available. Nestled in a residential area while still being close to activities and restaurants - including many within walking distance.

Discounts for repeat guests! 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer November through February. Snowbirds welcome! Contact host for extended-stay rates.

Perfect Trip

Don is a great host with outstanding communication. Condo was just as listed and stocked with everything you could need! Located in the residential area away from the crazy traffic of PCB. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Would love to stay again!

Don is the ultimate host, unit was spotless and very comfortable, needed nothing. Everything worked perfectly, no issues at all. Great area, quiet with no crowds. Highly recommend this condo, one of the best we have stayed in.

Relaxing Getaway!

After looking into quite a few condos, we finally decided on this one and we were not disappointed at all! We were traveling with our elderly parents and the primary walk-in shower was perfect for them! What an excellent choice if you are looking for an oceanfront condo that is tastefully decorated, clean, and comes loaded with quite a few practical items. These owners obviously know how to make a beach rental vacation a true home away from home!

We love Light & Beachy!

This was our family’s second stay at Light & Beachy! Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with beautiful updates to the condo. New kitchen appliances, new sliding glass doors, new light fixtures, and a wall in the kitchen had been removed to open it up. The entire condo was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and beautiful view of the beach. Don is great to communicate with and easy to reach if needed- although we’ve never had to contact him during our stay as everything has been top notch. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!
