Fully renovated in 2022, Heritage Estate is a modern 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom home that offers 6,200 square feet of luxurious space and amenities and features access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, and ski run just steps from your front door.

Built amongst old-growth forests, this estate offers the best of privacy and convenience four minutes (or 228 vertical meters/ 749ft) away from the Creekside village shops and restaurants.

Beautifully finished with contemporary interiors, you immediately feel the grandeur of the estate’s great room, dining, and kitchen areas which offer idyllic open-concept living with vaulted ceilings and plenty of bright, natural light. The large and open chef’s kitchen is equipped with Wolf, Subzero, and Miele appliances, as well as ample prep space and quartz countertops, and a separate prep kitchen – ideal for entertaining.

The main level living area opens to a large open deck space with modern outdoor furniture and a heated dining area with BBQ to enjoy the expansive mountain views year round. This large open-concept living space includes a kitchen, family room, formal dining area seating 12, and an office with a queen Murphy bed that doubles as a bedroom.

There is ample parking with room for two vehicles in the double garage and an EV charger, as well as room for additional vehicles in the driveway.

Only arrivals/departures on Dec 27/28/29/30th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel. Midstay cleans are mandatory on any booking at/over 7 nights.

This was the nicest home I've ever stayed in - the attention to detail, the view, the communication with the host, the amenities - were all amazing! We had a couple things that needed adjusting and our host was on top of it immediately. This is the perfect house for a large group!
