We are so sorry! We have never had a complaint like this on any of our properties! We really appreciate you letting us know and we have already reached out to our maintenance team to have it cleaned up and handled. We just can't stress enough how sorry we are that you had such an experience. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay anyway. We strive to provide a nice environment to be a home base for great vacations and memories to be made. We wish you the best and apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this caused you and your party.

We're so sorry about the construction going on up there! We had no idea that was going to happen. With all your family up there in the same area for your reunion, that must have been difficult for you all! Unbelievable timing for that to be transpiring. As far as the birds, we will definitely be checking into that and try to figure out how they got in. We have never had anything like that happen! I still wonder if those poor little creatures were scared by the helicopters, too, and were desperate for a place to hide. Such incredible circumstances, definitely not something that we've ever experienced. We're truly sorry it wasn't more relaxing and peaceful for your stay. I wish we could have known about that construction before you chose those dates, we would have definitely let you know. We hope you at least had some fun with your family and made some lasting memories. Wishing you the best!
