Location is very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Lexington. Clean space, modern feel, easy check in and it, great host. We loved it and hope to return. Highly recommend this rental for your trip to Lexington.

Great place!

We traveled to Lexington to attend a horse show at the Kentucky Horse and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was very clean, and we totally enjoyed our stay.

Great loft! So well decorated!

Absolutely LOVED this loft! So convenient and well decorated! Perfect location for our needs moving our new student in at UK and then for us to explore Lexington! Felt just the right amount of hidden away while close to everything.

Inviting Stay!

This location was not only aesthetically appealing, but was also probably one of the cleanest B&Bs I have stayed at. The decor was lovely, it was cozy, there were great restaurants nearby, and it included helpful amenities (i.e., ample cooking utensils and dishes, snacks, coffee & tea, etc.). I would absolutely rent this loft again should we return to Lexington.

Exactly like advertised

This home was clean and adorable. We had originally planned to go to the spring meet at Keeneland, but unfortunately we’re rained out. There were historic floodings, but we found plenty to do in Kentucky and relaxed and enjoy our time at the place. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great little property!

My (nearly) adult daughters and I stayed here during Breyerfest, and it was an excellent property! Close to lots of conveniences, but quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the enclosed patio and the comforts they left for our pup. We had a issue with the freezer that was fixed very promptly! Owner was excellent to work with. Beds were heavenly!

Good Option

This was a nice option for a few nights stay in Lexington. The property was as shown in the listing and the owner was very communicative. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. If you need a large yard to let your kids play or a view, this listing is not for you but otherwise it is a great option.

Super Cute!

Check in was a breeze with simple instructions sent a couple nights before arrival. House is well stocked, decorated nicely and the beds are so comfortable. Close to campus and a very nice area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place to spend time

The loft was exactly what we needed for our extended stay in Lexington. It was very convenient to everything. The garage door was very sticky and did take getting "the hang of opening", but we worked it out.

A great space!

This open and bright 2 bedroom condo was just the right size for our family of 4 adults. The property has everything you need for a relaxing visit to Lexington. We especially liked the patio for our morning coffee. Close to many restaurants and just a short drive to some fun hikes with great views.

Perfect getaway

Great space to relax, clean, comfortable and quite. Erica responded quickly to my questions. The location was a short direct drive to downtown and shopping centers. Would recommend.
