- Nectar DOUBLE bed (w/remote control foot and head adjustment and massage) in separate bedroom (with door for privacy) and living room couch available for sleeping or lounging.
- Queen air mattress also available.
- - Kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, Blendtec blender, Pampered Chef Quick Cooker, electric tea kettle.
- Pots, bowls, silverware, dishes, glasses, etc., in kitchen.
- Eco-friendly & Sanitized.
- Free Fiber Wifi.
- Ironing board and iron provided (full sized).
- Designated Parking is 20 steps to apartment door. (Note: Must be able to go up one flight of steps to apartment.)

- Guests have sole access to garage apartment. Private deck with pond view.
- 1 or 2 dogs allowed. Must be house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations and flea prevention. Ask about cats.

Hidden Gem!

Incredible place! Very nice and modern guest house, full privacy. Extremely hospitable hosts. 10/10 recommend to others - we will be staying again! They even had wine and snacks for us when we got in late!

Our stay at Marlwood Acre was great. It was in a quiet and wooded area that was pleasant. Our hosts Scott and Robbie were very accomodating and even provided everything we needed for our fur baby. It was a great place for our dog. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Little touches like fresh flowers and treats for us made this a very storehouse trip. The private patio overlooking the pond in a clear, starry night is peaceful. Highly recommended, and will likely return.
