Fantastic location out of main tourist areas but easy walking distance to all the keys sites. Our host provided us with lots of fabulous recommendations for places to eat/ very much appreciated.

Manuela is an excellent host - very welcoming and knowledgeable. The apartment is excellent - furnished and decorated to a high standard, very clean and in a lovely, quiet area. It had everything we needed for a week's stay and was very comfortable. There's a good choice of restaurants/bars nearby, the metro is a 5 minute walk away, and the city centre a 15 minute walk. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic studio

We had a lovely time in this fantastic and beautifully decorated studio. And Jorge is a very good host. We will definitely come back more often.

luxury and friendliness, attention and best quaLity

everything was haut de gamme as the french would say. The location in tge Bonfim quarter is near to most sights , metro and buses are around the corner .

Elegant, Comfortable, Well Appointed Studio

This is a beautiful, comfortable place to rest in a great easy safe neighborhood. Easy to walk places, but out of the fray of tourists. Jorge and Manuela are exceptional hosts. I will definitely come back and stay here as well as recommend it to friends.

We are very happy that you enjoyed the Blue Studio in the Art Nouveau Townhouse and its excellent location in the city center, in the charismatic Duques (Bonfim) neighborhood. In fact, very close to the house, in addition to galleries and interesting shops, you will find several very special and unique bars, and also some of the best restaurants in the city! We are also close to several points of interest, such as the city's three main theaters, Rua Santa Catarina (one of the main streets in the city center and where the iconic Café Majestic is located), but a 15-20 minute walk from the Cathedral area, although it is an easy walk. That is, close enough to some tourist attractions, but far enough away to avoid the restrictions characteristic of a slightly rougher and more aggressive part of the city, especially at night. It was a great pleasure to host you and we hope to welcome you again!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche im Blue Studio des Jugendstil-Hauses. Die Lage im ruhigen Stadtteil Bonfim ist ideal. Praktisch gleich um die Ecke gibt es Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien und diverse kleine Geschäfte. Das Zentrum von Porto ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang von Jorge wurden wir in eine edle Lobby geführt, eingerichtet im Stil der Jahrhundertwende mit bequemen Sofas und Sesseln, sehr eindrücklich. Auf den Tischchen standen Biskuits, Süssigkeiten und Getränke bereit – äußerst grosszügig : ).Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, mit einer praktisch konzipierten Küchenzeile und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Raumhöhe ist eindrücklich (gute 3 Meter), was zu einem angenehmen Klima beiträgt. Das Studio ist sehr geschmackvoll möbliert, mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Möbeln und Lampen aus der Jahrhundertwende, den 60er- und 70er-Jahren. Das Jugendstil-Haus und die Wohnung haben uns wirklich beeindruckt und sehr gut gefallen.Die Gastgeber, Jorge und Manuela, haben uns ebenso beeindruckt. Sie sind wirklich herzlich, sehr grosszügig und zuvorkommend und kümmern sich vorbildlich um ihre Gäste. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Porto werden wir sehr gerne wieder in diesem wunderbaren und beeindruckenden Jugendstil-Haus von Jorge und Manuela übernachten.
