The living area offers beautiful views of the Marco River and opens to the spacious lanai with both open and screened areas. This is the perfect place to relax and watch the dolphins and manatees play. The main suite is a private oasis overlooking the water and offering access to the lanai and a spa like bathroom with unsurpassed views. A second bedroom with queen bed and day bed offers ample space for your guests to spread out. La Peninsula is a private, gated community located on charming Isles of Capri, ideally located near both Marco Island (about a 10 minute drive) and downtown Naples (about 20 minute drive). La Peninsula offers gorgeous tropical landscaping, club house, large heated pool, tennis courts, waterfront walking path, and more.

Imagin waking up every morning and looking at pleasure boats coming and going on water smack in front of you! This property delivers that and so much more. First class, roomy surroundings looking across to Marco Island. Good fishing too. Will return first chance we get. Fantastic host!

Beautiful condo in relaxing environment

The condo is furnished beautifully and has everything you need for your stay. I contacted the owner before I arrived and when I got there and always received a very quick response. The view of the river from the balcony is wonderful. There is always activity to keep you interested, including dolphins right below you. The neighborhood is very quiet, but stores, restaurants and beaches are just a short drive away in Marco Island and Naples. I would love to stay here again.

A true gem in south FL, private and gorgeous

This was the perfect vacation spot for 6 weeks in Isle of Capri. It's private, very quiet, and has everything you would want for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well stocked so cooking is a breeze. It's a lovely place and the owner Brooke is both accessible and accommodating. The beachy interior is much more tastefully and minimally decorated than many places in Florida, and adds to a very welcoming and easygoing vibe. Highly recommended and would stay again!
