The "Soley ka chofe" apartment is a magnificent three-room apartment renovated, decorated with care and taste, very well equipped and comfortable, 160 m2 including 30 m2 of terrace. It is located on the 1st floor of a private and secure residence on the heights of Anse Mitan.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort de France. Either at the table during your meals or in the cozy little lounge, relax and enjoy the famous tiâ punch or a fresh juice.
This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the greatest pleasure of travelers.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, induction hob, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a a toasterâŠ
It opens onto the living room which offers a perfect setting for relaxing after a day spent in the sun. Sit on the comfortable sofa to read a good book or take advantage of the facilities at your disposal, such as a TV with satellite channels and a Wi-Fi connection.
The apartment has 2 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.
The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a large wardrobe offering you a superb view of the sea.
The second bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a large wardrobe and a small work space.
The two bedrooms will share a bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is independent.
