THE SEA HORSE APARTMENT

The Sea Horse apartment is a superb new three-room apartment fully equipped, spacious and comfortable with 95m2 of living space (including 30m2 of terrace) located on the water on the first floor in a new luxury residence (with elevator) in Les Trois Ilets.

Anse Mitan Beach is located at the foot of the residence, 20 meters away.

From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy a small panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France from the table or from the lounge chairs.
The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the interior living room / TV area and the terrace while enjoying the sea view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

Travelers can take advantage of the indoor lounge including a TV area (TV connected with Netflix, Youtube ...) with cable channels + WIFI Internet.

You will find a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A second separate toilet is present in the apartment.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the apartment's terrace while enjoying the sea view.

The Sea Horse apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.

The master bedroom has a 180cm double bed + large wardrobe and a TV. This room has direct access to a small terrace not overlooked.

The second bedroom has a 140cm double bed + large wardrobe and a TV. This room has direct access to a small terrace not overlooked.

Résidence récente et calme, localisation parfaite pour rayonner sur toute l'ßle. Appartement fidĂšle aux photos sur VRBO. PrĂšs de tout, resto, boulangerie, Ă©picerie. Bien situĂ©, central pour faire les visiter de l’üle. Belle petite plage attenant Ă  l’appart. TrĂšs propre. Climatisation dans les 2 chambres Ă  la hauteur. Grande terrasse vraiment superbe. Tout est lĂ  dans la cuisine. Une couverture supplĂ©mentaire par chambre aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e. S'il n'y avait pas eu un problĂšme de machine Ă  laver qui n'a pu ĂȘtre rĂ©solu pendant nos 2 semaines de sĂ©jours, je considĂšrerai la note maximale. Ceci Ă©tant dit, il est probable que ce problĂšme ne soit pas reprĂ©sentatif des sĂ©jours dans cet appartement. Si nous retournons Ă  3 ilets nous y retournerons probablement.
