About this property

Condo with ocean view, steps to the beach, close to Rehoboth Avenue!

You will never tire of the beautiful ocean view from the roomy 4th floor balcony in this oceanfront building! This lovely home away from home has vinyl flooring throughout (no musty beach smell here!), a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances that opens up into the dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve up your own meals on those days and nights when you choose to not take advantage of the many Rehoboth eateries that are a short walk away. The dining table comfortably seats 4 plus there are 2 stools at the kitchen peninsula if you have a party of 6. There is plenty of room to spread out in the living room when you feel like watching something on the 58" TV after a glorious day on the beach. But before you do, be sure to enjoy a cool beverage on the balcony while the sun sets and you take in the incredible ocean view. Accommodations include a primary bedroom with King bed and Smart TV, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a 4-piece bathroom conveniently located between the bedrooms that includes a hair dryer. There is onsite coin laundry and hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubbing pad, dish detergent, trash bags, and kleenex are provided for your convenience. A roll each of paper towels and TP are also provided so you don't have to run to the store right away. A small collection of books, games and puzzles are also provided for your enjoyment. **Please note that you must bring your own bed and bath linens.**

Great Stay!

This is at least our 15th summer in Rehoboth and it’s so nice to find a place that’s clean and updated with responsive hosts. Check in was a breeze, parking is great (you never have to move your car), and on-site building managers mean that any issues are quickly addressed. Lisa and Jeff were great with communication and we’re so glad that they shared their property with us. We’d love to return next summer!

Amazing beachfront condo!

Our family of four (5 and 3 year old) had an amazing time at this condo for a week long stay. The location is close enough to walk to all popular boardwalk spots but enough distance so it isn’t too loud at night. We loved being right on the beach and having the pool. The condo has everything you need and is the perfect spot for a family getaway!

This comfortable unit is so accessible to all that Rehoboth has to offer. We love being steps from the beach. The balcony is a plus. We sat out and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. The cutest beach condo!

Adorable and clean beach condo with everything you need for your stay. One Virginia Ave is super close to the beach, making getting your family down to the ocean everyday easy. The condo is very clean and updated. My family (spouse and 2 young children) loved it so much, would definitely stay again! The Browns are wonderful and responsive owners. 5 stars!

Great location, cozy condo

The property was a great stay! Everything was nice and clean, and the bathroom appears to be recently renovated (it was spotless). Well insulated from outside noise, too. The appliances all worked very well too, didn't take long for the fridge to get cool. There was even a large Brita dispenser in the fridge already which was a nice perk. We had a fantastic time and would consider returning next year.

My husband, daughter (age 7) and I had the best time! The property was perfect for us. The building is very well maintained, everyone was really friendly. The unit had been updated recently with new flooring and appliances, among other things. Everything was clean and comfortable! The restaurants in Rehoboth are fabulous. The beach and boardwalk are steps away. This is a perfect vacation spot for young families. Overall just a great experience, can't wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

We had another fantastic stay at Jeff and Lisa’s beautiful beachfront condo in Rehoboth. The proximity to the boardwalk and restaurants made it easy to explore the area. We enjoyed leisurely walks along the beach and ventured into town for shopping and dining, all within walking distance. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and situated in a wonderful building. What really made this experience great was Jeff and Lisa, they are attentive and went out of their way to accommodate special requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway. We can’t wait to return for another beachfront getaway.

Perfect family vacation

Quiet location a few streets north of the main street. Basically on the beach. Great decor. Recently upgraded. Clean. We had 2 adults, 2 young kids, and 1 baby. Perfect for our family beach vacation. The sun is bright in the morning, even through the shades. If this bothers you, I'd suggest bringing some sort of portable blackout curtain.

Lisa and Jeff were very accommodating and always responsive for any questions we had before and during our trip. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the beach and sunrises. We really enjoyed our stay at Rehoboth. The location of the condo was great for accessing both the beach and the boardwalk. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The internet and television connection was very poor. The condo is also very noisy, lots of outside noise and heavy footsteps in the condo above.

We've vacationed in Rehoboth for nearly 35 years, enjoying extended family reunions, family R & R, and romantic weekend getaways. In 2011, we became the proud owners of a studio in our beloved Rehoboth. After hosting numerous renters through VRBO for 10 years with exceptional ratings, we decided to trade in our studio for a 2 bedroom/1 bath that is located in an oceanfront building with incredible views. Whether it's your first trip or your fiftieth, we hope that you enjoy your time in Rehoboth as much as we do!
