Completely Renovated 3BR/2BA Home – 0.8 Miles to the Oxford Square

Enjoy a fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home featuring 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, located less than a mile from the Oxford Square.

Walk in, settle in, and relax—no need to make a store run. The home is thoughtfully stocked with essentials and extras to make your stay easy and comfortable.

The open kitchen and living area is designed for gathering, with double doors leading to a private backyard equipped with outdoor speakers, a grill, and a fire pit (starter log and firewood included).

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and added conveniences such as paper goods, storage bags, foil, spices, and oils. Guests are also provided with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods, along with a welcome basket featuring s’mores essentials.

The playroom includes a versatile table that converts from ping pong to air hockey or a dining table that seats six.

All bedrooms and the living room feature large Smart TVs (5 total), with Apple TV available in the living room and primary bedroom. Amazon Prime is preloaded for easy access. The home also includes a full indoor/outdoor sound system compatible with your preferred music apps.

High-speed AT&T WiFi is available throughout the home, along with Cat5 connections in each bedroom and the main living area.

This is our second home, family-owned since 1994 and self-managed without a rental agency. It is meticulously maintained to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience—what you see in the photos is what you can expect.

The home is also prepared for unexpected situations, with items such as lanterns, flashlights, a first aid kit, and extra water on hand.

Recent updates include a fully rebuilt backyard retaining wall (Summer 2025), professional landscaping, and routine pest control services.

Perfect Place for a Family stay in Oxford

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It was a perfect place for our family to celebrate graduation, but would work well for couples or families for any weekend get together in Oxford. Heather, the host, was incredible in her communication. The home had all the amenities we would want, great street, and plenty of parking. It is also really conveniently located to stores and a reasonable walk to the square. We would absolutely stay there again!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO's and even own two ourselves in Breckenridge, CO and this was the best one we've ever rented. For starters we were provided with a manual with how to 'ENJOY" the house, not a book with a ton of rules on what not to do. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, décor had an England theme including a turntable with records of all English artists (super fun), the firepit was stocked with firewood and a complete smores kit. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked again for a football game in the Fall.

Perfect Oxford Home

We loved our stay at Warren Place. The home is set up perfectly with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, very cool living spaces both inside and out plus a fabulous well stocked kitchen. The home was just fully remodeled and it's beautiful! I wish we had more time to use the outdoor living space with the fire pit and swings. The ping pong table in the second living space with real record player was a huge hit with the kids! We will be back for another stay soon! This will be our go to VRBO in Oxford!

I hesitated to post this because I don’t want this house to book up. However, the owner was no nice that a review is simply in order. Stayed During Move In!! The Warren Place VRBO is absolutely the best . I want to say a huge Thank you to Heather White the VRBO owner and host!! Their VRBO was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out!! We loved it!! And she could not have been more helpful…. We were moving in from California and she let us ship all of our packages and I mean LOTS….to the house and supplied us with move-in tips, tools, dolly… Everything we Needed!! We traveled to Oxford to join our Ole Miss junior for our first Egg Bowl. This home was by far the most well appointed short term rental we have ever stayed in. Nothing is overlooked, including the much needed rain ponchos for the game. We will visit again!

Adorable Home in great location-

Spent the weekend here while visiting our daughter at Ole Miss. The house is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts of home. Beds sleep extremely well. Fire pit along with all the ingredients to make s’mores was an added bonus. Highly recommend the home as it is very close to The Square. Heather is wonderful and very accommodating as we needed a later check out after a last minute flight change. Will definitely stay here again.

Our best experience in Oxford

We had a great weekend and this rental was big part of it. We were three adult couples (all OleMiss parents) and had a bedroom each, two couples shared a bathroom and we were all comfortable The house has been recently remodeled with high quality materials and finishings. Decor style is impeccable and kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a weekend or week long stay. Details such as welcome care packages, umbrellas in case you need them (fortunately we did not), brand new grill, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, and more. Easy driveway, good for up to 3 cars. Heather the host responded right away to all our questions before we decided to rent. House is locateds in a quiet street, about 15 minutes, safe walk to the square. We will definitely stay here again.

Hi, we live in Southaven and enjoy sharing our second home in Oxford with guests.

The home has been in our family since 1994, when my husband's father purchased it while he was attending Pharmacy School at Ole Miss. In 2021, we completed a full renovation, thoughtfully updating the space while preserving the character of the original 1964 home.

Our daughter is currently a sophomore (2025–2026) at Ole Miss and is loving every minute of the experience.

This home is a special place for our family, originally built in 1964 and purchased by my father-in-law in 1994. In 2021, we completed a full renovation—taken down to the studs—while preserving the original character, including the beautiful oak floors and much of the brick. Everything else has been completely updated, offering a blend of charm and modern comfort. We truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Located in a well-established neighborhood just off South Lamar, the home is less than a mile from the Square and features an open kitchen and living space designed for gathering and entertaining.

Guests can relax in the private backyard with a fire pit (firewood included), cornhole boards, and outdoor speakers. Inside, enjoy a ping pong table that converts to air hockey, along with a record player and a curated selection of albums for a unique touch.
