We loved this place! it’s very clean and nicely decorated, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay! It’s in a great location with an amazing bakery right down the road and a metro stop only a short walk away. Nicholas was a great host and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Very good location with three subway lines within walking distance. Bakery and grocery store 3 mins walk away. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed staying here, the home owner clearly has put a lot of love into the space. He was super nice and responsive when we reached out. It is a great layout and had everything we needed. We love to cook, and were especially grateful for the many supplies in the kitchen. We would definitely return to stay here!

Si bel emplacement perle rare

La maisonnette sous les arbres au cƓur des Buttes de Chaumont, est un endroit rare, distinct et apprĂ©ciable. Nous n'entendons aucun bruits de la rue. Que le chant des oiseaux parmi la verdure environnante. La maison est idĂ©ale pour 2 x personnes avec une chambre fermĂ©e et un lits simple au salon servant aussi de divan. Tout est a proximitĂ©; le parc magnifiques des Buttes de Chaumont, Ă©piceries, restaurants, boulangerie et les stations de mĂ©tro. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la communication avec Nicolas le propriĂ©taire. Il est chaleureux et accueillant. Nous aimerions beaucoup retourner quelques jours Ă  nouveau, ce temps dans cette petite allĂ©e intime avec les quelques maisonnettes de ce milieu de vie intime. C'est avoir le sentiment d'ĂȘtre Ă  la campagne au cƓur de Paris. Merci pour le confiance. Xavier Pier

Nette französische Unterkunft

Eigentlich ganz nette Unterkunft. Typisches französisches Flair. Aber:Man hat den Eindruck, der Hausherr sei nur mal kurz weg: alles voll mit persönlichen GegenstĂ€nden, der KĂŒhlschrank halb voll, alle SchrĂ€nke voll und verschlossen. Keinerlei Möglichkeiten fĂŒr eigene WĂ€sche und Kleider. Man kann nichts aufhĂ€ngen oder ablegen.Man muss komplett aus dem Koffer leben. FĂŒr lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt deshalb eher weniger geeignet
