Enjoy the ‘welcome snacks’, ice cream and bottled water! Guest say our cozy 300 sq ft studio has a Happy Vibe! Park in driveway in front; guest suite is in back. PRIVATE CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN. Kitchenette (full-size fridge, 4-burner cooktop, microwave), bathroom and a queen size Leesa Bed , futon for up to 3 guests. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Security cameras onsite. Easy access to I-49 and 2.4 miles to downtown and trail system. Walmart is 6 minutes away. Covered deck or locked shed for securing bikes. No pets allowed. ( Exception for service animals) . Please NO BIKES IN ROOM.

The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. There was an atmosphere of genuine welcome from the moment we arrived -- and we certainly plan to return!

Great stay

Quick but great!

Very friendly hosts that had everything ready! Was a quick visit to see family. I was revealing alone with my young daughter and we felt very safe. We appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. They had everything we could think of in the room and bathroom. We will be visiting them again!

Comfortable and friendly

We appreciated Mark and Wilma's friendly and thoughtful hospitality. The space and amenities were just as described. We stayed for one night while in town for a wedding, and it was an affordable option with everything we needed!

Great stay in Bentonville

Cute cozy room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Owners supplied a few goodies which was a pleasant surprise. We would stay there again.

Great visit to see my daughter in Bettonville

I was so happy to find a place that was so accommodating to my needs. I have allergies to fragrances and they were more than happy to accommodate me! Their adorable place is just as it looks in the photos. Wilma and Mark are caring folks who even took the time to teach my daughter and her boyfriend and I a new card game. They gave me tips on where to go for walks and hikes and where to go for coffee. This place is in a very safe neighborhood so I felt at ease coming in after a late flight. I hope to come back to stay here again the next time I visit my daughter.

Crystal Bridges

Mark and Wilma’s guest suite is lovely. It was private, super clean, in a lovely neighborhood and a very quick drive to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. I highly recommend their guest suite.

The perfect hosts. The perfect property.

As a single gal not from the area, I was very grateful for the security of the neighborhood, and the kindness of the hosts. The property is charming as well as the hosts. They respected privacy but when asked, offered great local recommendations. I recommend highly.

Cozy room located in a safe neighborhood with lovely hosts!

This property was located in a lovely neighborhood. It was very safe, and we had no issues. The hosts were very sweet people and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay, which was very appreciated and made us feel welcome during our trip. The room was located about 10-15 maximum to the places we wanted to visit and great restaurants in Bentonville and Rogers. We highly recommend staying here!

Osa's Haven

This is such a sweet little cozy place with plenty of privacy. If you like cooking your meals when traveling light meals can be prepared. The owner is onsite if you have questions or problems but we had no problems. Mark was very caring and considerate of our needs. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel comfortable, safe and right at home.

Peaceful Stay and Excellent Hosts

Place was perfect for my quick weekend to see my kids in Fayetteville. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. They wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. They had a great little basket of snacks that I dove into as I had the munchies of course. Thanks for the Reeses Cups!!! They even left me a free Queso and chips coupon for a local restaurant that came in handy. I will for sure be back!!!

Perfect Stay

Suite was wonderful- very clean with everything I needed, and the bed was SO comfortable. Area was very quiet, yard was beautiful-hosts went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Thank you Mark and Wilma for everything: Leaving an umbrella for me when I arrived in a downpour. Supplying all the snacks, ice cream and coffee. Having the grill ready for our BBQ, and helping us with the seasoning and cooking. Supplying the board games. Trip was very relaxing, and I hope to return on my next trip. Thanks again!

The studio was comfy and clean - beds were very comfortable! Location was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood - very safe area. Kitchen had all the items we needed. Host provided some snacks and drinks (very thoughtful) and communicated very well. I will definitely stay there again!

Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Great rib-eye! Gave us lots of info on different Antique shops to check out and info about downtown Bentonville Arkansas.Will definitely stay again next year. This is a place you want to stay!!

Pretty neighborhood

Relaxing stay in quiet neighborhood. Near downtown and Crystal Bridges museum. Definitely an area to explore especially if you enjoy biking!

Peaceful hide-away

Every big and little consideration was provided to this studio. I will be back when I return to Bentonville. A lush garden and comfy porch await after a quiet sleep. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy a walk in the neighborhood.

Perfect getaway stay

We LOVED this cozy, studio apartment-it was perfect for our 3 night getaway to celebrate anniversary/birthday with the added touch of a card and Crumbl cookie to greet us. It was a perfect location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville without having to get on a busy Highway but yet access to 49 was so close. Mark & Wilma were a wealth of information and their recommendations were greatly appreciated. I think our favorite part was sitting outside on the deck each morning with our cup of coffee. We loved it when Mark would join us for a bit of conversation-you can tell he loves people and he would bend over backwards if we needed anything. I feel like we made new friends !! We will definitely be back

Hi! We are Mark and Wilma. We are empty nesters, living in Bentonville since 1988. We love to travel,( and are in Colorado in the profile pic!) We are excited to begin sharing our guest suite on VRBO and hope people will enjoy coming here to enjoy beautiful northwest Arkansas and the massive bike trail system we have here, as well as our world class museums, shopping, and restaurants.

Our studio guest suite was originally built onto our house as a mother-in-law's wing, and then became my husband's 'man-cave', but has since been redecorated and given new life as a vacation rental.

Although we are not directly located downtown or on the trail system, we are a short, easy 5-10 minute drive to any of these attractions. Also, we are only 3/4 mile to I-49.
