The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



You’ll enter into a bright, spacious, open concept living area and immediately be able to see straight across the home at the pool shimmering in the backyard. You’ll notice the home is completely remodeled with numerous modern updates all throughout. The living room features high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, beautiful light flooring, and a lovely fireplace. With lots of natural light flooding in, the space seems even bigger! You’ll love hanging out in this area as a group as you enjoy the cozy couches, watch some TV or movies/games in your own private cinema room, play games, reminisce about the day, and make plans for the next one.



The living area flows directly into the majestic kitchen so that you can still be a part of the fun, even while you’re whipping up your very own meals. You’ll love cooking in this spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. Featuring a huge eat-in island, white quartz countertops, beautiful cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances, this is truly a dream kitchen!



Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen out to the backyard. Yet another spot to gather and make priceless memories, the yard has lots of green space and a patio area to lounge and enjoy the weather. The large pool and the jacuzzi are perfect for cooling off and with high fences around the yard for full privacy, you’ll feel like you’re in your own oasis!



With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, we can easily accommodate a larger group. All of the bedrooms are spacious and designed for maximum comfort and include lavish linens to ensure you get a good night’s rest. The bathrooms are all clean and modern with high-end finishes. The master bedroom on the main floor includes sliding doors leading out to the pool and the beautiful and unique master bath features a HUGE shower with relaxing rainfall showerheads.



The second floor includes a large loft cinema room boasted with a queen-size sofa and two twin pullout chairs that can comfortably sleep 4 more guests with yet another fireplace and more vaulted ceilings.



In terms of sleeping arrangement, the layout of our room is as follows:

Master Bedroom: King Bed + En-suite bathroom| Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds | Bedroom 3: Two Bunk beds | Bedroom 4: Queen bed (please note: this room will be opened for groups of 12+ only) | Cinema room: queen-size sofa and two twin pullout chairs

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Your vacation home is located in the College Park neighborhood of Richardson, Texas, home to the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. Richardson is known for being culturally diverse, so you’ll be near many amazing ethnic restaurants and shops. You’ll also be conveniently close to DFW airport and exciting downtown Dallas — both just about 25 minutes away! If you are a sports fan, you can't miss AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, just a 40 min drive.



While you’ll definitely want to check out the many attractions in Dallas, there’s plenty to see and do right here in Richardson. The Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink is located 20 minutes away; Sherrill Park Golf Course and the Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances, are both just 10 minutes away. You’ll be a 7-minute drive from our popular Chinatown featuring authentic Chinese food, shops, and specialty grocery stores. If you’re interested in shopping, you can find amazing deals at Allen Premium Outlets 20 minutes away or The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, is 14 minutes away.



Finally, the city has several amazing parks you absolutely must check out and 3 of them are just 10 minutes away from home. A favorite among the locals is Cottonwood Park, the perfect spot to spend a sunny afternoon. It features a charming duck pond and is known for hosting art festivals throughout the year, so be sure to check out the local listings to see what’s on during your visit. Prairie Creek Park is known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers and plants. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson - perfect for walking, biking, or hiking.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.







★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
