The location is excellent for getting to all downtown. The accommodations were wonderful and the communication with Stay Minty was easy and they were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for a downtown Nashville visit.

We had a wonderful stay - 12 of us fit comfortably. The place was bright and clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub water was clean. There were places such as coffee shops, restaurants, and bars to walk to in the area, and the uber to Broadway was close (10 min) each time. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it here!

Overall our stay was good. There was plenty of room for our group. Just be prepared there are alot of stairs. The kitchen/living room was large, bedrooms were a good size along with bathrooms ans closets. It was nice that everyone had their own restroom. Centrally locates to some shopping and restuarants and a short ride to Broadway.

Great location with a short lyft or uber to boardwalk area. The place was so spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for a bunch of girls. We loved the rooftop space and hot tub. The host was so gracious and easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process was easy.

We took our grandkids to Nashville for July 4. Property is located within walking distance to Broadway and all the restaurants, museums, clubs, and shops. Easy pick-up by Uber, too. Temperatures were sweltering, so we spent more time indoors than we planned. Rooftop deck is great, but no shade. Very nice at night.Unit was well-equipped with kitchen tools, linens, seating and TVs. Bathrooms are spacious and clean.There were 10 in our party, with plenty of room and privacy for everyone.I highly recommend this short term rental.

Lots of room for our family of 7. We enjoyed the great rooftop area, including use of the hot tub and the fire pit. The location was decent; close to shopping, restaurants and bars; although I wouldn't say it's in walking distance of these areas unless you want to take a walk. Neighborhood felt safe to us. The house definitely needs a good cleaning; it wasn't unsanitary or anything dramatic, and the kitchen had been well cleaned, but you can tell that someone is checking out and you are checking in just a few hours later, so it is getting a quick wipe down and not much else. Also, the outdoor trash bin was filled to the top when we arrived and was never emptied during our stay, so we had to just pile the trash up. Not the owner's fault, I imagine trash day just hadn't fallen in our window, but something they may want to look into if they are turning the place over quickly and there is only one bin. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the location.
