Moon River is a two-story, luxurious home located in the Upper Valley, right off Highway 578. This six-bedroom, three bath has all the privacy you could ask for along with some of the most spectacular views in town! This home sits along 1,000ft of riverfront—perfect for trout fishing enthusiasts!

With granite countertops and a panoramic view, this home will make you feel like a million bucks while still having that small-town atmosphere.

This home has six bedrooms with all amazing views and three bathrooms. When you pull up into the home you will notice a large carport where the front door is located. As you walk into this home your eyes will gravitate the vaulted high ceilings and open concept. The living room has an L shaped couch perfect for a large group! Plenty of room to cozy up by the GAS fireplace and play games with the whole family while looking out all the large windows facing the river with the mountains.  The large fully equipped kitchen located to the left of the living area has a Keurig coffee machine also a regular coffee pot.

To the right of the living room will bring you to a hallway where three out of the six bedrooms are located, also the downstairs bathroom with a shower and tub. The first bedroom you come to has a lovely Queen bed with a heated blanket dresser and a closet with a jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen bed with heated blankets and a love seat, with a closet and dresser. The third bedroom is located in the hallway next the half bathroom and includes a twin bunk. The half bathroom is located outside of the three bedrooms. From the front door, you will see the grand staircase leads up to three bedrooms the master bedroom is to the left of the hallway looking over the living area. The Master bedroom includes a love seat couch and a Relaxing king bed with your own private balcony perfect for the mornings to look out to the river and the mountains with your gourmet coffee. The Master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub, shower with a rain shower, and a vanity. The fifth bedroom upstairs has a Full/Twin bunk great for the kiddos!. The sixth bedroom upstairs has hardwood flooring a gorgeous Queen bed and a dresser.

Awesome home about 2 miles from the ski lift. Big and cozy. Definitely be aware of the steep driveway. Overall a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at your beautiful home! The rooms were nice and clean and the views were amazing! The only thing I would add would be hair dryers to all bathrooms and a checkout book that showed everything that needed to be done when leaving. We will be back!!

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location and plenty of room to accommodate all 15 in our party. The setting right next to the river is nice, and the property itself is not far from town. It feels secluded, but is close enough to run into town quickly if needed. The property manager was very responsive. We did have the heat go out on day #2, and although it was not able to be repaired the property manager did bring space heaters for us. Highly recommend this location for larger groups in the Red River area.

Beautiful location

Beautiful house and location. Only small things coukd be improved upon, especially considering the price tag; 1. Water out of fridge was slower then sun tea, most likely needs filter replaced and the ice maker didn’t know what it was doing as far as crushed or cubed. 2.Washer worked on the third try and a special rain dance but, also, it’s ancient so I give it credit for still working at all. 3.Toilet paper was related to a ghost. Other than that, we enjoyed the house with a glorious view!

Red River Relaxation

Overall it was great. The house is very big. It’s in a great location. The driveway is long, and more inclined than pics show. A toilet was stopped up upon arrival, and was fixed upon reporting it. We did have to plunge the toilets a few times after the property management unclogged one. No big deal though. A few of the window locks are missing or are broke. Again, no big deal. The stair banister at the bottom of the stairs needs tightening, lots of hands have grabbed it upon enter the stairs and it has become a little loose. The only request I would make is to have one or two fold out plastic tables available, with foldable chairs. Dining table is for 6, and if the house is full there is no other table to sit at, to play cards at or do a puzzle at. Just a suggestion. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Like I said, overall I’d give it a 4.8 out of 5. We enjoyed our stay. :)

Place was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great. There were no batteries in remotes, the jack and Jill bathroom toilet kept losing the chain (we were constantly having to fix this) and the back screen door on the patio was off. We had to put it on. Also more trash bags need to be provided.

Great family gathering in the mountains

A beautiful property with lots of space and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms but the dining table was small for eight people. We had to use the folding chairs in the laundry room to fit our group.
