Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026. Materials for this project will be delivered on August 4th. The setup for the renovation will be August 04-18, and the renovation will begin on August 18th. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which The includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. All heated pools are closed October 20-November 28, 2025. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This 2-bedroom condo is at the Long Beach Resort, located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor. Parking is in front of the tower. Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental March 1 through October 31.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo. There are (6) pool bands in the condo.

Luxurious and elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with complimentary beach chairs for two. This spectacular 2-bedroom condo is located on the 5th Floor of Tower 1 at the Long Beach Resort.

The condo has a wall of windows in bedrooms and living room/dining room area which capture the stunning Emerald Coast views. All guests have a spectacular Gulf view here! Access the over-sized balcony from either bedroom or living room to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or just to relax and read a good book. The condo accommodates 6 guests with a king sized bed in the master and two queen-sized beds in the second bedroom.

The condo has been upgraded and remodeled with beautiful plank tile flooring throughout, new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances, new couches, accent chair and dining table and chairs.

The primary suite is beautifully decorated with a luxurious coastal theme and has a king sized bed, spectacular walk-in shower, balcony access and large flat screen tv.

The guest room is beautifully decorated with two queen bends, a full bath with dual sinks and a garden tub/shower combination. The guest room also has access to the balcony and has a flat screen tv.

The balcony has a new highboy Polywood table and chairs with seating for 4 and two club chairs.

There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well stocked The condo seats 6 at the dining table and 3 at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach with over 1700 lineal feet of beach frontage.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away.
