Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 READ DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach gate access is currently available at Tower 1. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

The rental includes two beach chairs with an umbrella from March 01 through October 31, 2026.

There is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach during the month of March. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas during the month of March. The City of Panama City Beach limits beach access from 10 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. daily.


This condo is located at the Long Beach Resort in Tower 4 on the 8th floor.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The email with the door code is sent to the guest's personal email address used when making the reservation. There are (6) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

Come spend a relaxing vacation in this clean and spacious upscale 2 bedroom condo. Step inside the front door and you are face to face with the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has been freshly re-painted and has all new plank flooring and trim which was done in October 2022. This condo was additionally remodeled in December of 2023 with new granite counters in the kitchen and baths, new sinks, new living room and master bedroom furniture. All the mattresses were replaced in January 2024.

The living/dining area looks out onto your own large private balcony and beyond. There is plenty of comfortable seating with two sofas. Room for everyone to enjoy watching a movie on the flat screen TV and free WI-FI.

The dining table has room to seat 6 and there is seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The luxurious kitchen with upgraded cabinets, stainless appliances and slab granite counter tops is sure to impress. The kitchen is clean and well stocked.

Get a good night's sleep in the primary bedroom king bed. Pull the custom draperies with black out curtain if you wish to sleep in or leave them open and wake to view the dawn through a floor to ceiling wall of windows. The master bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a bench.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. This room has the same fabulous view through floor to ceiling windows, also with custom draperies and blackouts.

Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and flat screen TVS.

Yes, it's great inside but you came to the beach to enjoy the outdoors. Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches and can honestly boast one of the widest beach expanses of any resort around. You will never feel crowded on our beach.

The resort has 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The Lagoon Pool is located between towers 2 and 4 and the heated Polynesian Pools are located between towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4.

Long Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are within walking distance or a short drive away.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older. Maximum of 6 adults.
