This nearly 4000 square foot home consist of 8 Room 5 bathroom has been complete renovated for your enjoyment. The property consist a luxurious commercial graded kitchen and a beautiful backyard. Situated just 7 min walk away from restaurants, shops, theaters, bars, and all the action that Historic Downtown has to offer.

Ricard was the best host! The house was so spacious and the kitchen was large enough for several families. Good privacy, parking, and close proximity to downtown. Very walkable to great restaurants.

12 person golf trip

Location was great. Walking distance to downtown area with lots of options. It is a very busy intersection and can be noisy at times, but overall great experience. Plenty of space and nice patio area to hang out as well.

Host was very responsive. Pool was cold and took over 2 days to warm up but it eventually did. Great location for wedding we attended but in a weird part of town. Overall had good visit!

Great stay & an incredible host

I highly recommend Ricard's place. It is in an ideal location (the main strip of stores and restaurants is an 8 minute walk), it was clean, and the pool was a perfect touch. Ricard was also very responsive and even let us stay past checkout since our flights were delayed by 8 hours.

Great couples getaway

We visited with a group of 6 - 50 something couples. The layout of the home was perfect for us. Great pool and common area with well spread out bedrooms with very good decor. All rooms had queen or king beds, a few had ensuite baths. The only drawbacks are door alarms from the previous business and a poolside light that could not be turned off. A bit too bright. All in all, a great get away spot in a cool location.

Loved the space

We were disappointed that we were not able to use the pool. We encountered some live cockroaches in the kitchen. It is located on a very busy, noisy street. We added a few items to the kitchen. We enjoyed the space to have private and together time. The pool will be great when it is ready to use. We enjoyed the patio area in back.

Great for large groups

Located about half mile from downtown area. We were 11 adults. Adequately furnished. House had 2 large sitting areas, one with large TV. Each area had seating for 6-10 people. There were 4 bedrooms on one side of the sitting areas and 4 on the other, each with a TV. .Three bedrooms had bathrooms and 2 others were in hallway. Large equipped kitchen. Owner called on first day to make sure everything was okay. If you come with children, bring games for them to play, none provided.
