Looking for a vacation rental that can accommodate your BIG group? This stunning home in the Yacht Club neighborhood features 5 spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms. The POOL and HOT TUB are ready for some splashing, while the canal offers tranquil fishing. You'll also enjoy the dock for boating, kayaking or sunsets. 5 mins to open water, your Gulf of Mexico adventure awaits! Downtown Cape, Yacht Club Beach, and Tiki Boathouse just a walk or bike away, book this amazing home now! Other things to note
No extra guests allowed without written approval
No smoking inside the home and pool area.
No loud music outside and quiet time starts at 10 p.m.
The pool pump runs automatically each day. Both the pool and hot tub shut off at midnight. Our pool is set to 86°F year-round, but colder air temperatures may prevent it from reaching this level. The hot tub can be heated up to 102°F when in use. Please do not adjust the pool or hot tub temperature without prior approval. Always turn off the hot tub when not in use.
Please put Trash and Recycling bins out to the road on Sunday night for early Monday morning pickup.
Make sure to put the kayaks up by the garden after use. Please DO NOT leave them on the dock. Heavy rain may flood the dock and will float the kayaks away. $400 fine for each lost kayak.
Please keep an eye on the bike when use. Unattended bike will get stolen and result in a fine of $100
If you plan to park an RV or a boat at the front of the house, please let us know. Permit is required to do so in the city of Cape Coral. We can help you obtain proper permit for your stay without extra cost.
We provide a starter kit with a sufficient supply of toilet paper in each bathroom, along with paper towels and dishwasher pods. A gas grill is available for your use and must be cleaned immediately after each use. If it is not cleaned by checkout, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Cameras on property. Front Door, Side and back pointed at the dock. No camera over pool area or interior.

The yacht club neighborhood is perfect for a great family trip. Our neighborhood and the street is self is nice an quiet and has a great location. Within walking and biking distance is the Yacht Club beach and all the restaurants that downtown cape coral offers. Cape Coral offers all the modern amenities with a lot of old America charm.
Lots of great local businesses and a short drive to all your usuals. Fort Myers is just across the bridge, we are located with 30 minutes of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Spring Training Baseball and RSW Airport.

We have a uniquely large property located on a triple lot. That means we have plenty of space for a large family, or several families traveling together. With 5 bedrooms, a game room and a pool we can keep everyone busy. We are also located on the canal and are 5 minutes to open water for all the boaters out there.
