Welcome to the Tiki's finest ground floor condo! Steps away from the beach and pools, you'll have plenty of time to soak up the sun. Sea Turtle Inc. & South Padre Island Birding And Nature Center are located just across the street, or jump on the island shuttle to access all SPI has to offer. If you're looking for nightlife, Clayton's and Bar Louie are right next door. We've got everything you need to make this beach getaway a place you'll be looking forward to visiting for years to come.

An open kitchen and living area allow you to enjoy the company you came with all while relaxing on our American Leather couches & recliner. The grounds are filled with lush tropical trees and shrubbery and feature BBQ stations with picnic seating. The 2 pools are heated in cooler months making this the perfect spot to visit year round.

Use the Island Metro shuttle to explore the island, Port Isabel, & even take a trip to Brownsville. The Ride Systems app will show you pickup times and routes to help plan your day. Enjoy a dolphin watching cruise, go snorkeling and scuba diving, or try some of the other watersports South Padre has to offer! Beach horseback riding and four-wheeling are minutes down the road to the north! You can also visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Fishing and golf are some of the best in the south on S Padre Island! A short drive across the border and you are in Matamoros, Mexico! The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and the bedroom. The 55” Smart TV in the living room connects to the free wi-fi for all your viewing needs plus cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels. The bedroom has a flat screen 55” Smart TV. Quality bath towels and linens are provided, plus beach towels for your pool or beach time. The spacious bathroom has a small step-in shower, granite counter tops and hair dryer. What more can you say about a beautiful luxury condo, located in a small piece of Paradise where time seems to stop as you experience the most wonderful vacation! Local taxes consist of:Texas Sales Tax 6%, South Padre Island Occupancy Tax 8.5%, South Padre Island Venue Tax 2%, Cameron County Venue Tax 0.5%. We offer a 100% refund at least 14 days prior to arrival. VRBO may still apply fees or service charges, and those fees are the renters responsibility.

Family getaway

This was our second stay at this condo. It is perfect for our family get away to the beach and has everything you could need. It is steps away from the beach as well as the pool. We will for sure try to book this condo for all future trips to SPI.

The location was Perfect! The beach just a very few steps away. Loved the rooms , has most everything you need. The owner is extremely helpful if you have any questions. I will definitely stay here again .

Perfect Condo

We have stayed at this complex four times, and i would have to say this condo was by far the best one. The pictures where very accurate and everything you would need for a getaway was there. Its just steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Right by the beach, cozy and cute condo! Spacious for the size. Uma and Dominic were great hosts and had everything you need when going to the beach.

Family Vacation

We had a great week at this condo. South Padre is a favorite destination for our family. We used to stay at one of the hotels but were looking for a full functional kitchen for this stay and it did not disappoint. They provided everything you could think of needing. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return.

Good location

It was located close to beach and nice bars and food establishments, I would recommend a swifter of some kind of mop, sweeping everyday helped but one of the others may make it easier to keep sand out. Tiki staff does good job with property and swimming pools. Would definitely stay here again.

With the exception of poor water pressure, the condo is great. It was equipped with all that you need and very close to the beach!

It's a wonderful location great beach access very clean, Microwave silverware, trash bags extra linens.supplied condominium. The owner's very responsive. For any questions we have or any concerns. Hope to say there again in the future.

Perfect location!

This was the absolute most perfect place to stay for our girls trip weekend in SPI. We had tickets to a concert at Clayton’s beach bar and it was so close to it we literally walked to it in five minutes. The condo was perfect for our group of four.. so many little extra things you normally don’t expect a rental to supply for you were waiting for us to use. Very thoughtful for the owners to provide. Check in was super easy and quick. Communication with property management very easy too. Only negative we have is that we were sad to leave and we should’ve stayed longer than two nights! Definite 10 out of 10!!

South Padre Island Vacation!!

Oh my we really enjoyed our stay and this condo it was super clean it has everything you could ever need on a vacation, I was actually worried because I didn't bring my blender but when we got to looking it had one in there this place comes super equipped with everything you could possibly need I will always come back to this place when I come to South Padre Island so convenient to the beach just few steps and you're there actually if you just walk outside you can see it right there… Management was really nice and accommodative the property was very very nice very peaceful lots of parking they even have buggies for you to carry your luggage in to your condo they accept pets which is a very big plus for me… Only one little issue after driving for 12 hours to get there my sister and I had problems Open in the key box so it took us a while to get it open which was frustrating because I had drove 12 hours and ready to get in and relax I must say that box needs to get replaced because older people senior citizens would not be able to open that box we asked maintenance to help us and they wouldn't… But we got it opened after all and besides that it was a very comfortable stay and enjoyable it literally is home away from home they accommodate you with all the dishes utensils pots and pans TVs Beach chairs and all you can imagine they even come equipped with spices to cook with cooking oil sugar creamer coffee oh my God I have to be here all day to explain this to you it was just incredibly comfortable and nice like I said I will be back and I will ask for this condo specifically😁💖💖 Lisa,

Perfect location!

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this condo. It’s a very nice condo, but unfortunately had a couple issues this time. On a positive note owner of the condo was very attentive and tried to fix my issues.

Happy and satisfied family

We were very pleased with the Condo. Very clean and updated. It has everything you need from shampoo/conditioner & bodywash, to all the cooking spices you need. Even coffee was provided. They even delivered new beach chairs for us to use. We will definitely book this Condo.in the future.

Had almost everything we needed. So close to ⛱️ Only issue was keycode did not match instructions provided & it took over 30 minutes to reach owner & get into condo upon arrival. Would stay again

Family vacation

My husband and our three kids all enjoyed our stay. The room had plenty of open space so we didn’t feel cramped, the beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The bathroom was even roomy and we loved that there was a large shower instead of a tub. Made it easier for the kids to keep things dry.

Our first visit to South Padre Island was in December of 2020 during the height of Covid-19 and immedialty fell in love with the vibe of the island. Looking for something close enough to the heart of the island but with a more secluded feel, we found the Tiki Condomuniumns. The Tiki represtent the past and present of SPI. The beachfront is spectacular and doesn't get as crowded during peak times of the year as other resorts on the island. Easy access to everything SPI has to offer, this has been a great place for our family and guests.

The Tiki has a great vibe, especially in the winter months for those looking for extended stays, excellent beach access, 2 heated pools during the colder months of the year, & great access to everything SPI has to offer.
