South Seas Northwest vacation rentals

"Condo was just as described. Well stocked and very clean. Beach cart and chairs were nice because it is a long walk to the water. Property grounds were well maintained. Owner was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to questions. Marco Island is beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here for a week late-October into early November and it was wonderful. Joyce is the most incredible host, so friendly and responsive, just a joy to communicate with. The condo is everything it says it is and more. We LOVED the location, close to the best part of the beach (Tigertail), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and toiletries, quick access to restaurants, great shopping, groceries, etc. Beautiful sunsets ended every one of our days. Totally recommend this spot, and we all...

"Property mgr Tyler was very good & quick to respond. Condo was so nice Great views Long walk to beach but that was noted in description Grounds beautiful & great maintenance "

"Great place. Great Location"

"We had the most amazing beach vacation on Marco Island. Suzanne was wonderful and so helpful. She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the building and our condo. She is also very informative about shopping and restaurants in the area. The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, beach towels and even a beach wagon with sand toys for the kids. We are already looking forward to our return visit next year!"

"Love this beautiful condo, so cozy, clean and comfortable. Close to everything, with beautiful views."

"My husband and I stayed in this condo on Marco Island for our 30th Anniversary. Carol, the owner and Karen, the property manager made every detail of our trip flawless. The condo views are incredible. If you watch closely you will see manatees swimming in the lagoon! Never had trouble finding chairs at the pool. The walk to the beach is farther than it looks and it was so hot, 92+, when we visited, but if you can carry and open the beach umbrella as you walk, it makes it so much more enjoyable....

"We had a wonderful family vacation. The view from the condo is breathtaking! The weather was warm and it is a great beach for walking. Mark was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will be back!"
