Great location

Great stay! Only negative is how small the space is and how little storage room there is for luggage and clothing and beach items. Overall, super clean, comfy bed, and great location. Would come back!

Very nice!!

Great little property. Not a lot of storage places but very cute little spot. You definitely cannot beat the location!! One complaint from my wife is there is not an outlet to blow dry your hair in the bathroom!!

Great location, but that’s about it. The listing is not accurate, but supposedly is in the description. Very misleading.

Literally, this is straight out of the ad. This unit has a 4.9 rating with 20 reviews and no one has ever had a problem here before. "This unit is an Inn type suite, it has a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette, and sofa chair that converts to a twin bed so you can sleep 3. Total square footage of the suite is 350 sq ft."

Poor communication regarding equipment in room not working. Facilities not taken well care of for the area it is in. Diet marks on the walls, curtains barely hanging on the wall. Ery disappointed in the description vs reality of this property. Will not be back.

Condo was nice

We enjoyed our stay in your little studio condo. It was just big enough for two people. The walk to amenities and the beach wasn't bad at all. Although it is an older condo it was clean. Communication during our visit was easy, the unit was provided to us at the price quoted and check out was a breeze.

Terrible stay

Was told day have there was a pipe burst and that the hole in the wall wasn’t gonna be fixed till after my stay. Communication just in general was not good any question I had was answered with one word reply’s. The sink in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower nozzle was flipped( cold was hot and hot was cold). Just a all around very poorly maintained room. I also couldn’t find the pool key any where I had to be let in by other guests which was very inconvenient.

Location and price

For 2 people it’s hard to beat the price and location. Kitchenette is just what you need for lunch and breakfast then go to one of the wonderful nearby restaurants for dinner!

Stayed here as a quick weekend away for two. Great price for a great location - 200 yards or so away from the beach and a quick walk to either Rosemary or Alys Beach areas. Will stay here again.

LOVE !

We LOVED staying here. It was extremely quiet but in the best possible location. Having the pool right outside was amazing. It was so clean & smelled beachy clean throughout our entire 1 week stay. Perfect stay for a young couple!

Super Nice little Inn Suite. Small, but absolutely pristine

These units are super nice and in the best locale of 30A. They are small and are basically a hotel suite.. probably where the "inn at seacrest" comes from. Comfortable bed, full fridge, outdoor living are and fantastic pool and hot tub. Loved the convenience and price. Highly recommended for folks that want to spend their time outdoors. Warren Beach Rentals went above and beyond to make this trip special. thank you.

“Luxury apt” big overstatement

Very tight average quarters. Other than the bed, no comfortable seating or even small dining area. Outside couch with visible stains/mold. Location was great. We will not be back nor recommend this place. ☹️

James, This is a hotel suite. It is exactly as pictured on the site. Our descriptions specifically call this a "300 square foot hotel suite" This place is fantastic, every other guest has loved it and there is absolutely no mold on the outdoor sofa. If you wanted to pay for a full sized condo, you should have done so. Complaining that you wanted a bigger property after the fact is just petty and churlish. You knew exactly what you were getting. The location of this Inn at Seacrest unit is spectacular, its clean, comfortable, and located in the best area of 30 A. Failure on YOUR part to understand that a hotel room does not have lavish and roomy seating area (that are not offered, or promised, or pictured) is a failure on your part, and we would not recommend you as a guest.

Perfect for couples

We loved staying at this property. It was the perfect size for two people and in a great location. Right by the pool and short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend going to the less crowded beach. Only complaint (very small complaint)- couldn’t find a plug in the bathroom so bring an extension chord!
