The Pointe on 30A-2bed+bunks, walk to Rosemary and the beach!

We are very sorry your trip was not as pleasant as we hoped. We apologize for the lack of supplies during your stay. We encourage guests to reach out to us during their trip if there is anything you may need. As we are not a full service hotel, we do provide a limited number of supplies, usually 2 rolls of tp per bathroom and notify guests to bring more if needed via your check-in information email. This area is quite walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach. It makes 30A such a desirable place to vacation! During high season there can be many pedestrians and cyclists. There are stairs down to the beach at the closest access point which is standard for this area. Most people will leave their beach wagons at the top of the stairs and carry their items down. There is also a beach access with a flat, walkout boardwalk which is about a 3 minute drive, less than 1 mile away, traveling down 98. We are sorry if the backroads were confusing to navigate. Beach rentals have been streamlined to one vender which can be found at the access points daily. We do apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. Other guests have found rentals easy by just walking up and reserving equipment the day they arrive. Our pool is cleaned twice a week. After a storm there can be debris from the palms in the pool and we do apologize for this. We enjoy sharing our “happy place” with other families and strive to keep it in a clean and orderly fashion.
